Since the onset of spring, the Group has fully launched the spring landscaping and planting initiative across the industrial park in accordance with the park’s green-space master plan. Priority has been given to the two core areas—the Technology Center and the Group’s office building—where a diverse array of ornamental and native tree and shrub seedlings have been meticulously planted. Through a standardized, aesthetically pleasing, and ecologically sound landscaping approach, the overall environmental quality of the park has been comprehensively enhanced, infusing the modernized facility with vibrant vitality and dynamic energy. Moreover, the lush greenery throughout the park symbolizes the enterprise’s robust growth momentum and strong drive for the new year.
To effectively carry out follow-up safety management for the resumption of work and production, further align employees’ mindsets, strengthen everyone’s awareness of safety responsibility, fortify the safety production defense line, and effectively prevent all types of safety accidents, the company solemnly convened a company-wide safety re-orientation meeting and safety warning education and training session at 9:00 a.m. on April 14 in the fifth-floor conference room of the Group Office Building. The purpose is to jointly deliver the “first lesson in safety” for the resumption of work and production, thereby establishing a solid ideological foundation for maintaining a sustained and stable safety production situation.
Juxian Graphite Group Holds a Meeting to Report on Key Work for the First Quarter of 2026
On April 11, Juxian Graphite convened the “First-Quarter 2026 Key Work Report Meeting” to comprehensively review the achievements of the first quarter, conduct an in-depth analysis of the current situation, and deliberate and deploy key tasks for the second quarter. The meeting was attended by Zhang Xiangjun, Secretary of the Juxian Graphite Party Branch and President; Liu Yingxian, Director of Marketing; Xiao Guohong, Director of Equipment; Cao Youfu, Director of Finance; Tian Cheng, Director of Quality; as well as deputy directors and above from all subsidiaries, centers, and branch plants, along with dedicated staff (specialists).

To enhance employees’ awareness of confidentiality and their commitment to ethical conduct, thereby solidifying the foundation for the company’s safe development and stable operations, Juxian Graphite Group organized a special education session on confidentiality and integrity for all staff on March 28. Centered on the theme “Strengthening the Security Defense Line and Upholding the Integrity Bottom Line,” the event comprised three key components—centralized lectures, case-based warnings, and on-site oath-taking—providing participants with a profound ideological awakening.

To deepen the digital transformation of the enterprise and enhance the efficiency and sophistication of human resource management, the Group officially launched the pilot operation of the HR module of the China Merchants Bank Xin Futong system effective February 26, 2026. The pilot rollout will initially be implemented at the Group’s Administrative Center and the Molding Plant, with full-scale deployment to follow in the Machine Assembly Plant and Sanxian New Energy in the subsequent month. The initiative will focus on two core modules—leave and attendance management, and employee management—marking the official transition of the company’s HR management into a new era of digitalization and intelligent automation.
Leaders Lead by Example, Joining the Volunteer Effort to Showcase Their Spirit
With grasses growing and warblers flitting about, spring has returned to the land. In order to thoroughly implement the directives and requirements of higher authorities, study and apply the Party’s innovative theories, consolidate and expand the achievements of the thematic education campaign, further strengthen the Party branch’s self-building, and enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of Party members, the Party Branch of Juxian Graphite held its “2025 Organizational Life Meeting” on March 17, 2026. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Zhang Xiangjun, Secretary of the Party Branch, with the participation of Comrade Du Hairong, the Party-building instructor, all members of the Party Branch, and the attendance of prospective Party members.
On March 10, 2026, a high-level delegation from Mitsubishi Chemical of Japan, led by Masahito Yamazaki and Kenjiro Yoshioaka, visited Shanxi Juxian Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd. for an inspection and research visit.
