On July 17, 2025, the Group held a "2025 First Half-Year Key Work Report Meeting." The meeting comprehensively summarized the achievements of the first half of the year, analyzed the current situation, and deployed key tasks for the second half of the year, building consensus and boosting morale to achieve the annual goals. Group Chairman Ci Yizheng, Vice Chairman Li Haijun, President Zhang Xiangjun, Marketing Director Liu Yingxian, Financial Director Cao Youfu, Equipment Director Xiao Guohong, Quality Director Tian Cheng, and deputy department heads and above from various subsidiaries, centers, and factories, as well as specialists, attended the meeting. On the morning of July 9, Mr. Masato Yayama, president of MARUYA Co., Ltd. of Japan, Ms. Sachiko Tashiro, representative, and Mr. Xia Xinjian of Jiangsu Zhiyan International Trade Co., Ltd. visited Juxian Graphite for an exchange. Ms. Liu Yingxian, sales director of Juxian Graphite, and Mr. Liu Jianhai, deputy general manager of the sales company, accompanied the investigation.

On July 4, 2025, a level-two safety production standardization acceptance meeting was held at Juxian Graphite, marking a significant step forward for the company in safety production management. The meeting was organized by Shanxi Woher Safety Production Information Consulting Co., Ltd. At the meeting, Director Yue Lisheng detailed Juxian Graphite's work on safety production standardization and gave a report on the rectification of non-conformities found during the review.

To enhance the professional skills of frontline employees and the organizational management and coordination abilities of middle managers, the Machining Plant recently organized a skills competition themed "Improving Skills Through Competition and Learning, and Refining Troops Through Learning and Application." Through the methods of training and empowerment through competition, this event not only provided a platform for employees to exchange skills and experiences but also allowed them to deepen their professional understanding and improve operational precision, injecting strong impetus into the high-quality development of the Machining Plant.

To thoroughly implement the "Safety Production Month" activities and enhance the safety awareness of cadres, employees, and enterprise personnel, Zhengxiangbai Banner held the 2025 "Ankang Cup" knowledge contest on June 26, themed "Everyone Talks about Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response - Finding Safety Hazards Around Us". This event was jointly organized by the Banner Safety Production Committee, Emergency Management Bureau, General Trade Union, Red Cross Society, Power Supply Company, and Rural Commercial Bank.

June 2025 marks the 24th National Safety Production Month in China. This year's theme is "Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies - Finding Safety Hazards Around Us." To implement the safety production policy of "Safety First, Prevention First, Comprehensive Management," and to put the safety production responsibility system into practice, a series of safety production publicity and education activities will be carried out to enhance emergency awareness, improve employee safety quality, and increase disaster prevention, mitigation, and relief capabilities. The goal is to effectively prevent and resolutely curb the occurrence of production safety accidents, creating a safe, healthy, and stable production and living environment.
