To thoroughly and effectively carry out the series of activities for the 25th National “Work Safety Month,” closely aligned with the annual theme of “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies—Identifying and Rectifying Risks and Hidden Dangers,” Shanxi Juxian Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd. solemnly held its 2026 Work Safety Month themed speech contest on June 27 in Conference Room No. 6 of the Group. Zhang Xiangjun, President of the Group, along with the Group’s leadership team, attended the event. Employees from all Group centers and frontline representatives from each subsidiary plant were present to watch the competition.

On May 30, the second meeting of the Safety Committee and the kickoff meeting for the Safety Production Month activities were held in the second-floor conference room. Members of the Safety Committee, heads of all departments, workshop team leaders, and other management personnel attended the meeting, which was chaired by the Safety Committee Office. Centered on the national Safety Production Month theme—“Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies—Identifying and Rectifying Risks and Hidden Dangers”—the meeting laid out a comprehensive plan for the 2026 Safety Production Month activities and set forth clear requirements for safety, environmental protection, fire safety, and occupational health work during the second quarter and for the remainder of the year.

On May 27, an expert panel from the Jinzhong Municipal Technology Center visited the Calcination Branch to conduct a specialized review and defense for the municipal-level technology center application. Leaders from the Jinzhong Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Jiexiu Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, together with the expert team, were on-site to verify and evaluate the enterprise’s technological innovation and R&D platform development efforts, providing precise guidance and assessment.

Recently, the Carbon Materials Testing Center of Shanxi Juxian Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd. successfully passed the rigorous assessment conducted by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and was officially awarded the National Accredited Laboratory Certificate (Registration No.: CNASL25677). The accreditation is valid from April 14, 2026, to April 13, 2032, marking the center’s entry into the ranks of nationally accredited laboratories. This achievement signifies that the Juxian Graphite Carbon Materials Testing Center has established a quality management system compliant with international standards, with its laboratory facilities, testing capabilities, and management practices all meeting the requirements of internationally recognized accreditation criteria.

To thoroughly implement the innovation-driven development strategy, precisely align with enterprises’ needs for scientific and technological innovation, and promote the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements and industrial upgrading, on the afternoon of May 25, Bao Wenxia, Party Secretary and Director of the Xilingol League Science and Technology Bureau, led a research delegation—accompanied by Liu Zhiwu, Executive Deputy Banner Chief of Zhengxiangbai Banner, and leaders from the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology—to visit the graphitization branch plant of Juxian Graphite for a special field study. Cao Youfu, CFO of Juxian Graphite Group, Zhang Peigong, plant manager of the graphitization branch, Hou Laiyou, deputy plant manager, along with representatives from relevant departments, received the delegation.

On May 23, 2026, Zhang Xiangjun, Secretary of the Juxian Graphite Party Branch and President, was invited to attend the “Shanxi Province Entrepreneurs’ Internationalization and Overseas Market Development Lecture Series,” hosted by the School of Continuing Education at Tsinghua University and guided by the Shanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.

On April 23, 2026, Meng Lijun, Director of the Service Center of the Jixiu Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, along with her delegation, visited the Juxian Graphite Calcination Branch Factory to conduct an on-site preliminary review of the application for the Jinzhong City Technical Center. Shi Yihong, the branch factory’s director, accompanied the inspection throughout the visit.

Systems are the cornerstone of a company’s stable operations and serve as an essential framework for regulating employee conduct and enhancing internal management efficiency. To further strengthen the foundation of internal governance and advance management toward greater professionalism, standardization, and uniformity, Juxian Graphite Group has undertaken a systematic review, revision, and refinement of its “Company Employee Management Manual.” This round of revisions adheres rigorously to the principles of professionalism, vocationalism, standardization, and normativity, comprehensively covering key areas such as human resources management, production and operations, performance appraisal, and employee benefits. Outdated provisions that no longer comply with current laws and regulations or lack adequate relevance have been removed or adjusted, ensuring that the revised policies better align with the Group’s current development needs and are more readily implementable, thereby laying a robust institutional foundation for the company’s high‑quality growth.

On April 15, 2026, Shanxi Juxian Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd. and the Jinling Branch of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement on high-end graphite electrode materials and a plaque-awarding ceremony for an innovation base in Nanjing. In addition, the two companies entered into a four-party strategic cooperation agreement with Sinopec (Dalian) Petrochemical Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Sinopec Refining & Marketing Co., Ltd. Under this agreement, the parties will focus on the R&D, production, and end-use applications of ultra-high-power graphite electrodes, thereby establishing an integrated, full-chain, and in-depth collaborative system that spans R&D, production, and application. Zhang Xiangjun, Secretary of the Party Branch and President of Juxian Graphite, Liu Yingxian, Director of Marketing, and other senior executives from the group attended the ceremony.
