On November 20, Ju Xian Graphite was invited to participate in the China Carbon Industry Statistical Work and Carbon Emission Calculation Training Conference. The meeting mainly reported on the production and operation of the carbon industry in 2024; summarized the completion of the 2023 carbon industry statistical yearbook and the 2024 regular reports; reported on the assessment of the carbon industry statistical work and arranged the 2024 carbon industry statistical yearbook and the 2025 regular statistical report work.

On November 6, Feng Yuzhen, a member of the Autonomous Region People's Congress Standing Committee and director of the Finance and Economics Committee, and Hou Yuansong, the autonomous region's ecological and environmental protection inspector, led a team to conduct an inspection and investigation of Nuokin Technology. The team conducted on-site investigations and guidance on strengthening environmental safety management, examining the company's operation and environmental protection construction. On October 25, 2024, the Jinzhong Municipal Market Bureau held a speech contest themed "Empowerment through Standards, Quality Assurance is a Must" at Shanxi Zhichuang City. Li Qingsheng from Juxian Graphite Machining Factory won second prize with his speech titled "Using Standards as Sails, Forging Brilliant Quality", winning honor for Juxian Graphite and Jiexiu's excellent manufacturing enterprises.
