On the morning of January 20, 2025, the Group grandly held the "Ju Xian Graphite 2024 Annual Key Work Report Meeting." Heads of various subsidiaries, centers, and factories systematically summarized and reported on the main tasks undertaken in the past year, the completion status, achievements, existing problems, and plans for the new year. Group President Zhang Xiangjun, Marketing Director Liu Yingxian, Financial Director Cao Youfu, Equipment Director Xiao Guohong, Quality Director Tian Cheng, and management personnel above the deputy minister level, as well as specialists (staff) from various subsidiaries, centers, and factories, attended the meeting. On the morning of December 28, 2024, Shanxi Juxian Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd. held a grand annual work summary and advanced commendation conference for Juxian Graphite. The chairman of the group, Ci Yi Zheng, vice chairman Li Haijun, and president Zhang Xiangjun attended the meeting. Representatives of the awarded units and individuals, along with over 140 employees from various subsidiaries, centers, and branch factories of the group, participated in this meeting, which was hosted by Liu Zhenji, the director of the group office.

On the morning of December 13, the "President's Technology Innovation Award" selection event for 2024 was grandly held in the conference room 3# of the Juxian Graphite office building, with Nuo Jin Technology participating in the event via live video connection.
