On March 1, 2025, the tunnel kiln workshop held a pre-resumption mobilization meeting. Zhang Shengli, director of the Group's Production and Operation Center; Shi Yihong, deputy director; Yue Lisheng, director of the Group's Equipment Safety and Environmental Protection Center; and all personnel of the tunnel kiln workshop attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Xiao Guohong, the Group's chief equipment supervisor.

At the meeting, Zhang Shengli, director of the Production and Operation Center, pointed out: After nearly a month of overhaul, the tunnel kiln workshop is about to resume production. All personnel must pay attention to production safety. In actual production operations, they must be familiar with and abide by equipment operation procedures and process operation procedures. During operation, one must not be careless, must abide by labor discipline, constantly observe the equipment's operating status, and pay attention to process parameters to ensure product quality. All employees are the first line of actual operation. If they have good suggestions at the actual operation level, they must bravely provide feedback, work together, and strive to complete the 2025 production tasks while ensuring safety and quality.

Yue Lisheng, director of the Equipment Safety Center, pointed out: We must attach great importance to and immediately take action to comprehensively carry out various safety production tasks for the resumption of production; we must strengthen the analysis and judgment of safety risks for the resumption of production, and implement the "six non-resumption" principles: no resumption without personnel preparation, no resumption without satisfactory results, no resumption without technical solutions, no resumption without hazard rectification, no resumption without education and training, and no resumption without safe conditions; we must strengthen the prevention of various accidents, learn deeply from the lessons of various safety accidents, constantly reflect on ourselves, and make every effort to find hidden dangers; we must focus on strengthening the confirmation of safety conditions in key and critical links; we must focus on key areas, strictly enforce implementation, and comprehensively promote various safety production tasks in the near future and throughout the year; we must strengthen the improvement of safety concepts, adhere to the bottom line and red line of safety production; we must strictly enforce safety responsibilities; we must focus on the "key few"; and we must strictly enforce rectification.

Shi Yihong, deputy director of the Production and Operation Center, pointed out in his speech: Any production process needs to constantly pay attention to personal, equipment, and product safety, and safety must come first; the receiving and shipping links must be coordinated, and on-site product stacking must be neat and orderly, with reasonable planning of product placement areas; advance communication with the Production and Operation Center is necessary to ensure reasonable arrangements during production and ensure product matching; product quality must be ensured, and inspection records must be kept; on-site hygiene must be maintained to enhance the company's image and facilitate subsequent outsourcing of processing. Liu Xiaodong, director of the Comprehensive Management Department, pointed out: Safety production must always be remembered. Especially at the time of resuming production, we must keep a close eye on safety production; we must remember our job responsibilities and improve our sense of responsibility. We must be familiar with the work content of each position and review it before leaving work every day to see if today's tasks have been completed; we must strictly abide by regulations and job operating procedures; we must correctly view various penalties, reflect on ourselves in our work, recognize our shortcomings, make up for our shortcomings, and improve ourselves. We should also appropriately urge progress, urging upstream, ourselves, and downstream; whether it is the production workshop or the administrative office, we must maintain good on-site hygiene and enhance the company's image.

Hu Fu Xin, workshop director, pointed out: In the new year, we need everyone to work together and strive to do a good job in safety production, ensure stable quality, pursue maximum production capacity, and jointly complete the 2025 production tasks; in the new year, everyone should be bound by the system, consciously abide by safety operating procedures and process operating procedures, and strive to build the tunnel kiln workshop into a benchmark workshop for the group.

Finally, Xiao Guohong, the Group's chief equipment supervisor, made a summary speech and put forward requirements for the resumption of production: After a period of shutdown, it is easy to relax and become careless. At the time of resuming production, everyone must attach great importance to ensuring the safety of personnel, equipment, and property; the workshop must strengthen equipment and quality management to ensure the high-quality completion of production tasks this year; factory hygiene must be maintained, responsibility areas must be defined, and responsibilities must be assigned to individuals to establish a good image for the tunnel kiln workshop and lay a foundation for future outsourcing of processing; it is hoped that everyone will work together, consciously abide by various regulations and operating procedures, and work together to implement and execute the various tasks in an orderly manner, and jointly build the tunnel kiln workshop into a benchmark workshop for the group.
