On the afternoon of February 26, 2025, Zhang Qintao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Banner Chief of Zhengxiangbai Banner, led a team to visit the Juxian Graphite Group Company, conducting a significant inspection. Accompanied by Chairman Ci Yizheng, Zhang Qintao and his team successively visited the machining branch, roasting branch, forming branch, and the Carbon Materials Research Institute. In the machining branch, the advanced mechanical processing equipment and precise production processes attracted everyone's attention. The staff detailed the processing flow and quality control system of the components, showcasing the company's technical strength in the field of mechanical processing. The Carbon Materials Research Institute gathered many advanced R&D devices, and the R&D personnel introduced the latest achievements and technological innovations in the development of new graphite materials, highlighting the company's high emphasis on technological innovation.

After the visit, both parties conducted in-depth discussions on the No. 2 graphitization workshop and expansion project of Nuojin Technology, as well as related matters concerning the Nuojin Star Hotel. This docking further clarified the subsequent construction plans and cooperation focuses, committed to accelerating project construction, enhancing production capacity, and improving product quality.

Regarding the Nuojin Star Hotel project, both parties exchanged views on the hotel's positioning, design concept, and operational planning. The Zhengxiangbai Banner side expressed hope that through attracting high-quality hotel projects, it could enhance the local tourism reception capacity and service level, promoting the development of the tourism industry.
