To enrich the cultural life of female employees on the occasion of the 115th International Women's Day, the Shanxi Ju Xian Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd. Trade Union Committee organized an event themed "Initial Aspiration Reflected in Light and Shadow, Flourishing Youth in Struggle".

On the afternoon of March 8th, all the female employees of the company gathered together, orderly assembling at the designated location for a group photo. Afterwards, everyone went to the cinema together to watch the movie "Ne Zha." When Ne Zha shouted with thunderous force, "My fate is up to me, not the heavens. Whether I'm a demon or a god, I decide," that fearless spirit of breaking free from the shackles of fate resonated perfectly with the "combination of strength and gentleness, dedication to work" spirit of Ju Xian's female employees, instantly igniting the enthusiasm of the audience. Ne Zha's refusal to accept injustice and his tenacious struggle against fate deeply moved everyone. As the lights flickered, everyone was completely immersed in the exciting plot. Seeing Ne Zha's resolute roar in the face of adversity, "If fate is unfair, then fight it to the end!" everyone was impressed by his courageous and unwavering qualities; while the sincere displays of familial and friendly affection in the film brought tears to everyone's eyes and warmed their hearts. From Ne Zha's story, everyone gained strength, deeply understanding that in work and life, it is necessary to adhere to firm beliefs and an unyielding spirit, to bravely face challenges like Ne Zha, and to uphold their initial aspirations.

After the movie, all female employees sang "Ju Xian Song," setting the stage for the surprise from the group leaders. At the specially arranged banquet, the tables were laden with delicious food, and the female employees sat together, laughter filling the air. While enjoying the delicious food, they enthusiastically shared their thoughts on the movie and exchanged anecdotes from their work and lives. Those who usually work hard at their various positions now relaxed and enjoyed themselves fully, strengthening their understanding and friendship in a warm and harmonious atmosphere.

This Women's Day activity not only allowed the female employees to relax from their stressful work but also enhanced team cohesion and centripetal force.
