On May 20, 2025, all administrative personnel of the group conducted a large-scale voluntary labor activity. This activity covered the office building and the surrounding areas of the technology center. Employees worked in groups, cleaning up fallen leaves and debris in the surrounding park, and also trimming and maintaining the group's green belt. Every detail was treated with care, and every corner shone with new brilliance under the careful cleaning of the employees. Based on the functions and number of people in each department of the group, the voluntary labor was divided into specific responsibility areas to ensure that the tasks were clear and responsibilities were assigned to individuals. This group model not only improves work efficiency but also promotes communication and cooperation between departments, allowing employees to deepen their understanding of each other during the labor process, effectively enhancing team cohesion.
