On May 27, Huang Yong, the deputy magistrate of Xilin Gol League, led a team to conduct a special investigation at Nuokin Carbon Technology Co., Ltd. in Zhengxiangbai Banner, conducting on-site inspections of the company's production and operation, technological innovation, and project construction. Relevant department heads from the Zhengxiangbai Banner Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Natural Resources Bureau, and Construction Bureau participated in the inspection. Liu Zhenji and Qiao Yadong, deputy general managers of the company, accompanied the investigation.

During the investigation, Deputy Magistrate Huang Yong visited Nuokin Technology's No. 1 graphitization workshop, reviewed the progress of product research and development, and inspected the No. 2 graphitization workshop and expansion project. At the construction site, he listened to Qiao Yadong's report on Nuokin Technology's core technology research and development, market application prospects, and future development plans. Huang Yong expressed full affirmation of Nuokin Technology's innovative achievements in high-end manufacturing and green technology, and inquired about the company's needs in terms of policy support, land planning, and infrastructure supporting facilities, coordinating on-site with the banner's industry and information technology, natural resources, and construction departments for implementation.

Deputy Magistrate Huang Yong emphasized that technological innovation is the core driving force for promoting high-quality economic development. He hoped that Nuokin Technology would fully leverage its technological advantages and accelerate the pace of achievement transformation and industrial upgrading. He requested that the various functional departments of the Zhengxiangbai Banner government strengthen their service awareness and accurately address the practical problems faced by the company, such as land use, approvals, and talent introduction, to create a better business environment for the company and help the local emerging industries to gather and develop.

Qiao Yadong, deputy general manager of Nuokin Technology, stated that the company will seize policy opportunities, continue to increase R&D investment, and actively cooperate with the local government in implementing ecological environmental protection and safety production requirements, injecting new impetus into the economic transformation and upgrading of Xilin Gol League.
