On December 26, 2025, the National Website for the Management of High-Tech Enterprise Recognition officially released an announcement, registering the second batch of high-tech enterprises reported and approved by the Shanxi Province certification authority for 2025. Our company has successfully passed the review. This is the second time our company has been re-certified as a high-tech enterprise since 2018, marking another authoritative recognition of our company’s capabilities in scientific and technological innovation and core competitiveness, and injecting new momentum into the company’s high-quality development.

On December 27, 2025, the Juxian Graphite Group held a grand annual work summary and advanced employee recognition conference for 2025. Attending the conference were Zhang Xiangjun, President of Juxian Graphite Group; Liu Yingxian, Director of Marketing; Xiao Guohong, Director of Equipment; Cao Youfu, Director of Finance; Tian Cheng, Director of Quality, as well as leading officials from the Group and its subsidiaries, advanced individuals, and employee representatives.
On December 17, Liu Zhiwu, a member of the Standing Committee of the Zhengxiangbai Banner Party Committee and Deputy Banner Chief, led a special inspection team—comprising key officials from the Banner’s Emergency Management Bureau, Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, Fire and Rescue Detachment, and other relevant departments—to conduct a targeted supervision and inspection of safety production at Nojin Carbon Technology Co., Ltd. in Zhengxiangbai Banner. Zhao Haihong, Executive Deputy General Manager of the company, and Hou Laiyou, Deputy General Manager in charge of safety and environmental protection, accompanied the inspection throughout and provided detailed reports.
The group has specially invited industry experts to visit the production plant on short notice and provide targeted guidance. Over a two-day period, these experts will offer in-depth support focusing on core production areas such as process optimization, quality control enhancement, and equipment maintenance.
Recently, the re-election meeting of the Carbon Materials Subtechnical Committee (SAC/TC183/SC15) under the National Technical Committee for Steel Standardization was solemnly held in Changsha, Hunan Province. As the highest-level standardization technical organization in the national carbon materials field, its committee members are widely recognized as the "preeminent think tank" and "standard setters" in the industry's technical arena. Thanks to its strong technological capabilities and significant industry influence, Juxian Graphite has continuously secured two committee seats for multiple consecutive terms. At this re-election, Comrade Zhang Xiangjun, Group President, and Comrade Dong Zengliang, Executive Director of the Technology Center, were appointed as members of the fourth-term committee. Among them, Comrade Zhang Xiangjun was even awarded the title of "Outstanding Committee Member," fully demonstrating Juxian Graphite's pivotal role within the core circle of national standard-setting.
