In order to thoroughly implement the directives and requirements of higher authorities, study and apply the Party’s innovative theories, consolidate and expand the achievements of the thematic education campaign, further strengthen the Party branch’s self-building, and enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of Party members, the Party Branch of Juxian Graphite held its “2025 Organizational Life Meeting” on March 17, 2026. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Zhang Xiangjun, Secretary of the Party Branch, with the participation of Comrade Du Hairong, the Party-building instructor, all members of the Party Branch, and the attendance of prospective Party members.

The meeting rigorously followed the procedures of individual self-assessment, mutual evaluation among Party members, and democratic assessment to carry out the 2025 democratic evaluation of Party members. Adhering to the principles of seeking truth from facts, democracy and openness, and equality and impartiality, all Party members conscientiously completed the “Democratic Evaluation Form for Party Members” and conducted objective and fair evaluations of the branch’s Party members. Based on the assessment results and the daily performance of Party members, the branch will comprehensively determine each member’s rating as outstanding, qualified, basically qualified, or unqualified, and will use this opportunity to encourage those who excel and spur on those who lag behind.

Members of the Party branch actively offered suggestions and built consensus, contributing their wisdom to elevate the branch’s development to a new level. Comrade Zhang Xiangjun, the branch secretary, proposed that we should continue to expand the ranks of the branch, further diversify the forms and content of online activities to enhance interactivity and appeal, and consistently organize monthly study sessions on Party knowledge to deepen theoretical grounding. At the same time, we must strengthen ties among Party members, promote resource sharing, and leverage each other’s strengths. Other members also emphasized that, without compromising the overall direction of the branch’s development, we should encourage bold innovation, continuously improve the branch’s institutional framework, and strive to raise the quality and efficiency of the branch’s work to even higher standards.

Comrade Du Hairong, the Party-building instructor, listened attentively to the remarks of all comrades and expressed full approval of the preparatory work for this organizational life meeting, the meeting procedures, and the serious and earnest attitude displayed by everyone during the session. At the same time, he put forward clear requirements for the next phase of our branch’s work: first, we must continuously deepen theoretical education, making the study and implementation of the Party’s innovative theories the core component of our daily Party-building efforts and translating the outcomes of such study into concrete momentum for advancing the enterprise’s production and operations; second, we must further strengthen the foundation of branch building by rigorously implementing organizational-life systems such as the “Three Meetings and One Lesson” and themed Party days, while flexibly adjusting the timing and format of these activities in light of the specific characteristics of the enterprise’s production and operations, so that the Party branch truly becomes a robust fighting fortress for driving the enterprise’s development; third, we must give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members, guiding them to openly identify themselves and assume responsibility in key tasks such as technological problem-solving, workplace safety, and energy conservation and consumption reduction, thereby inspiring all employees to work together to overcome difficulties and achieve breakthroughs.

This Party life meeting served as a profound education in Party spirit and a comprehensive political health check. Through criticism and self-criticism, all Party members deepened their mutual understanding; through exchanges of ideas, they forged common ground. Taking this meeting as an opportunity, all Party members of Juxian Graphite will continuously strengthen their Party character, enhance their ability to perform their duties, and, with a fresh spirit and outstanding work performance, bring greater glory to the Party flag!
