To firmly establish a solid safety foundation for resuming work and production in 2026, enhance safety awareness among all employees, standardize on-site operational practices, and resolutely prevent all kinds of production safety incidents, the company organized a company-wide safety production training session on February 25 following the holiday. All on-duty employees participated in the training, comprehensively strengthening the “first line of defense” for safety production.

This training closely focuses on job-specific safety operating procedures and emergency response requirements, systematically covering key topics such as safety standards, risk prevention and control, and cautionary education. Centered on employees’ safety rights and responsibilities, the training clearly defines the duties of all staff members: strictly adhering to safety regulations, proactively inspecting equipment conditions, and promptly reporting any potential safety hazards. Employees are entitled to workers’ compensation insurance and safety protection under the law, while also being obligated to comply with rules and regulations, perform operations in a standardized manner, and take adequate protective measures—ensuring that rights and responsibilities are balanced and that everyone fulfills their duties conscientiously.

In terms of safety signage and protection standards, the training focuses on interpreting China’s regulations for red, yellow, blue, and green safety color codes, clearly defining the core meanings behind each color: red signifies danger and serves as a warning; yellow indicates caution; blue directs operations; and green denotes safety. At the same time, the training provides detailed explanations of the four categories of safety signs—prohibitory, warning, mandatory, and advisory—each composed of safety colors, geometric shapes, and symbols, ensuring that employees can accurately identify these signs and implement them in compliance with established standards.

Regarding the risks associated with high-frequency operations on-site, the training clearly outlines specific prevention and control measures for each item: Safety protective equipment must be worn in accordance with regulations; when working at heights, ladders and scaffolds must be used properly, and safety nets must be set up below; to prevent falling object injuries, cross-over operations above and below are strictly prohibited; anyone entering the work area must wear a safety helmet, and tools and equipment must be lifted using bags; for high-altitude operations, the approval process for work permits and hierarchical management by height must be strictly enforced, ensuring compliance with requirements such as wearing safety belts and assigning dedicated supervisors. Personnel experiencing physical discomfort are strictly forbidden from performing high-altitude work. Furthermore, the "Ten Prohibitions for High-Altitude Work" and the "Ten Prohibitions on Construction Sites" are emphasized as rigid, non-negotiable rules.

Electrical safety and safety in special operations have become key focuses of training. Regarding electrical safety, it is explicitly stated that non-electricians are strictly prohibited from performing electrical work without authorization. Regular and rigorous inspections must be conducted on leakage protection devices and grounding systems; only qualified cables should be used, and switch functions must be clearly labeled. For welding and cutting operations, 15 categories of prohibited conditions—including the absence of an operator’s license, adverse weather, and substandard working conditions—have been identified. In lifting operations, ten “no-lift” regulations must be strictly enforced, covering situations such as unclear command signals, uncertain load weights, and malfunctioning safety devices. These stringent standards serve as an unyielding safeguard to ensure the safety of special operations.

This training featured comprehensive content, highlighted key areas, employed diverse formats, and presented information in a vivid and engaging manner. It covered the entire workflow and all safety-related elements, effectively enhancing employees’ abilities to identify safety risks, perform operations according to standards, and respond appropriately to emergencies. Moving forward, the company will take this training as an opportunity to regularly conduct safety inspections and hazard assessments, ensuring that safety requirements are implemented at every post and in every work procedure. Through rigorous and meticulous safety management, we will guarantee a smooth and orderly resumption of production and operations, laying a solid foundation for safe production throughout the year.
