Recently, the re-election meeting of the Carbon Materials Subtechnical Committee (SAC/TC183/SC15) of the National Technical Committee for Steel Standardization was solemnly held in Changsha, Hunan Province. As the highest-level standardization technical organization in the national carbon materials field, its members are widely recognized as the "preeminent think tank" and "standard setters" in the industry's technical arena. Thanks to its strong technological capabilities and significant industry influence, Juxian Graphite has continuously secured two committee seats for multiple consecutive terms. At this re-election, Comrade Zhang Xiangjun, Group President, and Comrade Dong Zengliang, Executive Director of the Technology Center, were appointed as members of the fourth-term committee. Among them, Comrade Zhang Xiangjun was even awarded the title of "Outstanding Committee Member," fully demonstrating Juxian Graphite's pivotal role within the core circle of national standard-setting.

The members of the Carbon Materials Subtechnical Committee of the National Steel Standardization Technical Committee are appointed and approved by the National Standards Administration, thereby gaining recognition from the country’s highest standardization authority for their technical expertise and impartiality in their respective fields. These members directly participate in the initiation, drafting, review, and finalization of national and industry standards, holding the authority to define technical specifications, testing methods, and product standards—making them the “rule-makers” of the industry.
