On December 17, 2024, the Equipment Safety and Environmental Center organized the 2024 Safety Production Work Conference and the 2025 New Year and Spring Festival Safety Work Deployment Meeting for Juxian Graphite. The meeting was attended by Group President Zhang Xiangjun, Chief Financial Officer Cao Youfu, Equipment Director Xiao Guohong, Quality Director Tian Cheng, heads of various subsidiaries, centers, and branches, as well as relevant personnel. The meeting was chaired by Yue Lisheng, Director of the Group Equipment Safety and Environmental Center.

At the meeting, Director Yue Lisheng first summarized the company's safety production work for 2024 and read out the 2025 safety production work plan and the safety, occupational health, and environmental protection policies and annual goals of Juxian Graphite. He also conveyed the contents of higher-level documents and relevant company documents, and finally conducted a safety knowledge promotion on the "Major Accident Hazard Identification Standards for Industrial and Trade Enterprises" for all participants. Dong Zengliang, the head of the Machining Branch, summarized the safety production work of the Machining Branch for 2024 and shared work experiences. Zhang Shengli, Director of the Production Operations Center and head of the Forming Branch, made an important speech.

Group Equipment Director Xiao Guohong made a concluding speech and arranged the deployment of safety production work. The summary of the 2024 work and the existing problems, as well as the experience sharing of safety production work in the Machining Branch, are very worth referencing in today's meeting and future safety production work. Safety production is directly related to the life safety of every employee and has a profound impact on every family. Therefore, we must deeply understand the importance of safety production work, prioritize people, and always keep safety in mind, ensuring that safety is the first priority. At the same time, we must strengthen safety training, enhance safety awareness, especially regarding today's major accident hazard identification standards, which must be sorted out as specific content related to our company and serve as the red line for safety management. In the future, the management of high-risk work sites such as the dust removal system in the woodworking room of the Machining Branch, electrical explosion-proof issues, asphalt storage, and confined spaces must be strengthened. The Equipment Safety and Environmental Center will coordinate overall equipment safety and environmental matters, with all detailed work being specifically managed by various functional departments and branches. We need to optimize the safety management team, with each fulfilling their responsibilities to jointly ensure safety production.

Group President Zhang Xiangjun provided specific and overall instructions on safety production work. At the end of the year and the beginning of the year, especially with the New Year and Spring Festival approaching, safety production work enters a critical period. The purpose of this meeting is to deeply learn and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on safety production, carefully summarize the safety production work of 2024, comprehensively analyze the current safety production situation, and re-mobilize, redeploy, and re-emphasize safety production work for the end of the year and the two festivals, ensuring that the safety production situation continues to remain stable and positive. We must deeply recognize the extreme importance of safety production work, be clear about the severe situation currently facing safety production, comprehensively investigate and rectify various safety hazards, strengthen safety supervision of engineering project construction, effectively enhance safety production emergency management, strictly implement safety production responsibilities, and create a new situation in safety production work. The tasks of safety production work are arduous, and the responsibilities are significant. We must firmly establish the concept of safe development, promote the idea of life first and safety first, and with more determined resolve, stronger measures, and more pragmatic style, solidly carry out all safety production work, resolutely prevent and curb various accidents, create a good safety environment for the high-quality development of Juxian Graphite, and allow all employees to have a joyful, peaceful, and safe holiday!
