On the morning of December 13, the 2024 "President's Technology Innovation Award" selection event was grandly held in the conference room 3# of the Juxian Graphite office building, with Nuo Jin Technology participating in the event via live video connection.

As an outstanding enterprise in the carbon product manufacturing industry, Juxian Graphite has always regarded technological innovation as the core driving force for the development of the enterprise. The purpose of holding this "President's Technology Innovation Award" selection event is to stimulate the innovative enthusiasm of all employees, discover and commend teams and individuals who have excelled in the field of technological innovation, and inject new vitality into the company's sustainable development.

Group President Zhang Xiangjun, Chief Financial Officer Cao Youfu, and professional judges participated in this selection event. The group office director Liu Zhenji hosted the selection event. The selection process was tense yet orderly, with the heads of various participating projects taking turns to present, showcasing their achievements in technological innovation through wonderful demonstrations and explanations. These projects covered various fields such as the research and development of new graphite materials, production process improvements, and the application of energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies, fully reflecting the innovative wisdom and practical abilities of Juxian Graphite employees.

The judges responsible for scoring listened carefully to the project introductions with a fair, scientific, and responsible attitude, conducted comprehensive evaluations, and through on-site scoring without revealing scores, ultimately selected the first prize of the 2024 "President's Technology Innovation Award" for the project "Research on the Industrial Production Process of UHPΦ600mm Graphite Electrodes from Sinopec Needle Coke"; the second prize for "Measurement of Large-Scale Electrode Hole and Joint Screw Fit"; and the third prize for "Transformation of Automatic Electrode Hole Bottom Line Machine" and "Design and Production of Graphite Electrode and Crucible Clamps."

Group President Zhang Xiangjun congratulated the awarded research teams and research projects and made important instructions.
