On the morning of December 28, 2024, Shanxi Juxian Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd. held a grand annual work summary and advanced commendation conference for Juxian Graphite. The chairman of the group, Ci Yizheng, vice chairman Li Haijun, and president Zhang Xiangjun attended the meeting. Representatives of the awarded units and individuals, along with more than 140 employees from various subsidiaries, centers, and branches of the group, participated in this meeting, which was hosted by Liu Zhenji, the director of the group office.

First, President Zhang Xiangjun delivered a keynote speech titled "Strive for Progress, Stay Vigilant, Pursue Practicality, Encourage Innovation, Unite Efforts, and Strive for Excellence to Achieve the 2025 Tough Battle Goal" on behalf of Juxian Graphite. The speech pointed out that in 2024, we will continue to fight and forge ahead, having weathered storms and overcome numerous difficulties, achieving certain results. In the upcoming 2025, our grand goal of fully establishing a digital, networked, and intelligent "annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of carbon products production industry chain" will not change. We will strive for progress, stay vigilant, pursue practicality, encourage innovation, unite efforts, and strive for excellence, working hand in hand to build a more prosperous and beautiful Juxian Group.

The conference announced the "Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Individuals for 2024." Group Equipment Director Xiao Guohong and Hexin Carbon General Manager Zhang Zeyu presented awards to the awarded advanced individuals; Group Financial Director Cao Youfu and Group Marketing Director Liu Yingxian presented medals to the advanced teams and advanced departments, respectively; Group President Zhang Xiangjun presented trophies, medals, and honor certificates to the representatives of the advanced collectives and model workers. Outstanding employee representative Ma Yongxin from the machining branch and model worker representative Li Zhizhong from Nuo Jin Technology spoke on stage.

Subsequently, the conference announced the "Notice on the Results of the 2024 'President's Technical Innovation Award' Selection." Group Chairman Ci Yizheng and Vice Chairman Li Haijun presented awards to the winning team representatives of the "President's Innovation Award" on site and took a group photo. Zhang Shengli, the director of the Group Production Operation Center, spoke on behalf of the first prize-winning team of the President's Technical Innovation Award.
