On December 13, 2024, Mr. Wang Youde, Chairman of Hengyuan Carbon Materials Co., Ltd., and three others visited our company for in-depth discussions on the domestic and international market conditions and cooperation matters in the carbon industry. Group President Zhang Xiangjun, Director of the Production and Operation Center Zhang Shengli, and Director of the Central Procurement (E-commerce) Center Zhao Haihong warmly received the visiting team.

In the Group's Conference Room 3, both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on the domestic and international market situation of the carbon industry. President Zhang Xiangjun first analyzed and explained the overall international market situation, which Chairman Wang Youde agreed with. He noted that the domestic market is fiercely competitive, while the international market has a higher barrier to entry, mainly due to the difficulty in establishing trust and stable cooperative relationships with foreign clients.

Juxian Graphite President Zhang Xiangjun stated that in 2025, Juxian Graphite will further focus on international market trends and organize production and operations accordingly. Chairman Wang Youde revealed that Hengyuan Research Institute's experimental coke has made significant progress and detailed the advantages of Hengyuan coke.

When discussing environmental protection and emission reduction, both sides expressed great concern. President Zhang Xiangjun proposed that Juxian Graphite will be committed to producing products with high-quality coke to address the carbon emissions of export products. Chairman Wang Youde agreed and introduced Hengyuan's efforts in emission reduction, including the use of green electricity such as solar power generation. President Zhang Xiangjun also shared the practical experience of Nuokin Technology in using wind power generation.

Finally, Chairman Wang Youde stated that this visit not only helps both sides grasp market dynamics and optimize production strategies but also provides an important opportunity to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results and jointly address industry challenges. Both sides expressed their expectation for more in-depth cooperation in the future, jointly promoting the prosperity of the carbon industry.
