On March 22, 2021, in order to strengthen the construction of corporate culture of Juxian Graphite, enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of employees, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise under the guidance of corporate culture, it was decided to establish a leading group for the construction of corporate culture of Juxian Graphite (hereinafter referred to as the corporate culture working group) to comprehensively organize and lead the construction of corporate culture of Juxian Graphite. Group Chairman Zhang Xiangjun served as team leader, President Wang Sizhai served as deputy team leader, and Juxian Graphite Administrative Deputy Chief Liu Zhenji served as executive team leader.

On March 26, Group Chairman Zhang Xiangjun and President Wang Sizhai presided over the first meeting of the corporate culture working group. At the meeting, Chairman Zhang Xiangjun put forward requirements: First of all, corporate culture must adhere to people-oriented, respect, understand, and care for employees, and enhance their material and spiritual sense of gain and happiness, so as to give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of all employees and form a full staff Participate, actively create, win-win, and share an enterprise atmosphere. Secondly, the members of the corporate culture working group should fully realize that the construction of corporate culture is a gradual process of long-term cultivation, which requires concerted efforts and joint implementation; all units should scrupulously perform their duties, adhere to the combination with daily management, organically combine the construction of spirit, system, behavior and material culture, support each other, penetrate each other, complement each other's advantages, and form a joint force. At the same time, it is pointed out that the corporate culture working group should fully implement the spirit of corporate culture instructions, study and decide on important matters of corporate culture construction, examine and approve the implementation plan, work plan and operation guarantee mechanism of corporate culture construction, and constantly improve and optimize, and guide, supervise and assess the corporate culture construction work of each subsidiary company.

Wang Sizhai, president of the group, asked the members of the working group to fully explore, collect, sort out, summarize and improve the relevant expressions of the enterprise's objectives, ideas, spirit, philosophy, purpose and style, and gradually compile them into a book. Under the premise of following the core concept of Juxian graphite, the enterprise spirit and the connotation of the concept should reflect the characteristics of the enterprise. Internal management should be in-depth and fine management, which is conducive to the corporate culture to take root in all aspects of work, form a corporate culture with its own characteristics, and lead the enterprise to achieve healthy and sustainable development.
