Abstract

At the same time, it is pointed out that the corporate culture working group should fully implement the spirit of corporate culture instructions, study and decide on important matters of corporate culture construction, examine and approve the implementation plan, work plan and operation guarantee mechanism of corporate culture construction, and constantly improve and optimize, and guide, supervise and assess the corporate culture construction work of each subsidiary company.
Wang Sizhai, president of the group, asked the members of the working group to fully explore, collect, sort out, summarize and improve the relevant expressions of the enterprise's objectives, ideas, spirit, philosophy, purpose and style, and gradually compile them into a book. Under the premise of following the core concept of Juxian graphite, the enterprise spirit and the connotation of the concept should reflect the characteristics of the enterprise. Internal management should be in-depth and fine management, which is conducive to the corporate culture to take root in all aspects of work, form a corporate culture with its own characteristics, and lead the enterprise to achieve healthy and sustainable development.
