From March 11 to 17, 2021, the evaluation and audit team of China Classification Society Quality Certification Company conducted a comprehensive, full and in-depth understanding and analysis of the company's industrialization and intelligence through the company's project application form, data review, on-site question and answer, field research and other forms in accordance with the requirements of the information and industrialization integration management system, and completed the compilation of all documents on the integration and implementation platform. At the last meeting, the audit team said that the company's two-way integration management system met the requirements of the audit standards, and determined that the scope of the company's two-way integration management activities related to the construction of the integrated management and control capacity of carbon products, supply, marketing, storage and wealth. The completion of this work marked that the company's two-way integration implementation standards entered the evaluation and audit stage.
Since the launch meeting on October 19, 2020, the company has established an organizational structure for the integration of the two, clarifying the responsibilities of relevant departments and personnel; conducting research, diagnosis, system analysis and planning on the current situation of the company's integration of the two, compiling and publishing the integration management system documents, and organizing training on the implementation of the integration management system documents for the two, as well as the internal audit training and external audit review of the integration management system of the two, the period was successfully completed with the strong support of relevant departments and leaders.
The company's information construction, especially the introduction of NC and OA systems, has accelerated the process of information construction. The NC system covers procurement management, sales management, financial accounting, inventory management, realizes the integration of business finance, realizes paperless approval, improves the efficiency of approval, and realizes the optimization and reorganization of organization, management mode and business process. The decision-making has changed from "fuzzy decision-making and empirical decision-making" to "clear decision-making and digital decision-making", which is beneficial for senior leaders to understand internal and external information in time to make correct decisions. OA automatic office system basically realizes the requirements of NC system and OA system to cooperate and supplement each other. It realizes the conversion from offline to online approval, shortens the circulation time of approval documents, reduces the business stranding caused by untimely approval, and improves the approval efficiency.
