On March 25, 2021, Cai Fuming, Party Branch Secretary and Chairman of Bafang Carbon Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Bafang Carbon Material), Xie Minghong, Director of Production Technology, and Shen Zhenhua, Minister of Production Technology, visited Juxian Graphite for talks. After the visit, the two sides held a symposium in the Juxian Graphite Conference Room and started friendly negotiations on comprehensive cooperation in the future. At the beginning of the forum, Zhang Xiangjun, chairman of the group, gave a detailed introduction to the leaders of Bafang carbon materials from the aspects of enterprise overview, development process, scale layout and project construction. After listening carefully to the introduction, the leaders of Bafang Carbon Materials spoke highly of our company's comprehensive strength, corporate quality and development philosophy, and expressed the hope that the two parties will have further business cooperation in the future.
Subsequently, the two sides had in-depth exchanges on enterprise reform, capital operation, personnel training and future cooperation direction and mode. Cai Fuming, chairman of Bafang Carbon Materials, said that Bafang Carbon Materials was established on August 22, 2018. It was jointly funded by Baowu Carbon Materials (formerly Shanghai Baosteel Chemical Co., Ltd.), a subsidiary of China Baowu Group, a Fortune 500 company, and Fangda Carbon, Asia's largest carbon production enterprise. The project has a total investment of 2.7 billion yuan and a land area of more than 1000 mu. The product is positioned for the production and sales of large-size of ultra-high-power graphite electrodes with an annual design capacity of 100000 tons, he further said that the two sides have a lot of room for cooperation and hope that in the next step, through strategic cooperation, they will give full play to their respective advantages and truly achieve win-win cooperation.
