On April 11, Juxian Graphite convened the “First-Quarter 2026 Key Work Report Meeting” to comprehensively review the achievements of the first quarter, conduct an in-depth analysis of the current situation, and formulate and deploy key tasks for the second quarter. The meeting was attended by Zhang Xiangjun, Secretary of the Juxian Graphite Party Branch and President; Liu Yingxian, Director of Marketing; Xiao Guohong, Director of Equipment; Cao Youfu, Director of Finance; Tian Cheng, Director of Quality; as well as deputy directors and above from all subsidiaries, centers, and branch plants, along with dedicated staff (specialists).

Heads of each subsidiary, each center, and each branch plant delivered detailed reports, one after another, on the completion of first-quarter production targets, achievement of key performance indicators, progress in project implementation, and existing problems and pain points.

Zhang Xiangjun, Secretary of the Party Branch and President of Juxian Graphite, pointed out after hearing the report that the company’s overall operations in the first quarter maintained steady progress and essentially achieved the phased targets set at the beginning of the year. He emphasized that all departments must clearly recognize the challenges posed by intensifying industry competition and volatile raw-material prices, and should closely focus on the production and operational targets for the second quarter, with particular emphasis on four key areas: First, continue to optimize production-line processes and provide targeted skills training for operating personnel, swiftly increase the proportion of mature capacity, and ensure timely order delivery; second, deepen end-to-end cost control by tapping potential across multiple links—including raw-material procurement, energy consumption during production, and inventory management—to offset the cost pressures resulting from rising raw-material prices; third, accelerate the construction progress of the molding plant project by adopting a reverse-schedule approach, closely monitoring equipment delivery and installation-commissioning to ensure the project is commissioned on time as planned; and fourth, continuously strengthen quality control and customer service, promptly address customers’ requests for process optimization, consolidate loyalty among core customers, further expand market share in emerging overseas markets, and lay a solid foundation for achieving the company’s full-year business objectives.

The meeting further clarified the work priorities and core tasks for each department in the second quarter, aligning the entire organization around a shared vision. Attendees unanimously pledged to rigorously implement the meeting’s directives by refining their respective departmental action plans, clearly defining and assigning responsibilities at every level, and making every possible effort to ensure the effective execution of all initiatives, thereby supporting the company in fully achieving its annual production and business objectives.
