It’s time to refocus and get back on track—keep safety top of mind at all times. Let the warning bells ring loud and clear, and steadfastly build an unbreakable protective barrier.

To effectively carry out follow-up safety management for the resumption of work and production, further align employees’ mindsets, strengthen everyone’s awareness of safety responsibility, fortify the safety production defense line, and effectively prevent all types of safety accidents, the company solemnly convened a company-wide safety re-orientation meeting and safety warning education and training session at 9:00 a.m. on April 14 in the fifth-floor conference room of the Group Office Building. The purpose is to jointly deliver the “first lesson in safety” for the resumption of work and production, thereby establishing a solid ideological foundation for maintaining a sustained and stable safety production situation.

Spring is a critical period for resuming work and production, as well as a time when safety risks and hazards are particularly likely to arise. Following the holiday, employees often experience “post-holiday syndrome,” characterized by lax attitudes and reduced concentration. Holding safety briefings to help employees refocus and conducting warning education and training at this juncture are not only important measures for promptly guiding staff to transition swiftly from a “holiday mindset” to a “work mindset,” but also concrete actions to reinforce accountability for workplace safety and to prevent and mitigate safety risks.

At the outset of the meeting, the relevant authorities underscored the core significance of the gathering and urged all employees to attach great importance to workplace safety during the resumption of work and production. They emphasized the need to abandon any sense of complacency or carelessness, promptly refocus and get back on track, unite as one, and approach all tasks with a rigorous and conscientious attitude—ensuring that everyone is fully present, fully engaged, and fully accountable.

At the meeting, Xiao Guohong, Director of Equipment, drew on the company’s actual resumption of work and production to make a comprehensive plan for subsequent safety management and set forth clear safety management requirements. He emphasized that all centers and branch plants must rigorously fulfill their primary responsibility for workplace safety, refine the safety duties of each position, and ensure that safety responsibilities are assigned to every post, every process step, and every employee. Particular attention should be paid to safety inspections following equipment restarts, with timely identification and rectification of potential safety hazards during equipment operation, and strict prevention of operating equipment while it is malfunctioning. In addition, regular safety skills training and emergency response drills should be conducted to continuously enhance employees’ adherence to safe operating procedures and their ability to respond effectively in emergencies.

During the training session, staff provided a detailed briefing on fundamental safety production knowledge, common safety hazards associated with resuming work and production, and emergency response procedures. They also conducted an in-depth analysis of typical safety accident cases from the industry, using stark examples and sobering lessons to help all employees directly appreciate the severe consequences of workplace accidents and deeply recognize the importance of safe production. This reinforced the principle of “safety first, prevention-oriented, and comprehensive management,” thereby embedding safety knowledge in the minds and practices of every employee. To evaluate the effectiveness of the training and genuinely enhance employees’ mastery of safety knowledge, the company organized a foundational safety production knowledge exam for all participants at the conclusion of the session. The exam served as a catalyst for learning and practice, compelling employees to identify and address gaps in their understanding, consolidate the training outcomes, and ensure that each individual is proficient in job-specific safety knowledge and operational standards—ultimately translating safety principles into concrete actions.

This safety reorientation and safety awareness training session served both as a deeply impactful safety education program and as practical, action-oriented guidance on operational procedures. It effectively helped all employees refocus and get back to work, further strengthening their sense of safety responsibility and risk-prevention capabilities, thereby laying a solid safety foundation for the smooth resumption of production and business operations. Moving forward, the company will take this opportunity to continuously and meticulously implement all aspects of safe production, conduct regular safety training and hazard identification and remediation, and refine the closed-loop management mechanism of “training–assessment–on-the-job,” with the aim of fully safeguarding a sustained and stable safety record and building a robust safety barrier for the company’s high-quality development.
