Zhengxiangbai Banner Nuojin Carbon Technology Co., Ltd. organized and held a special meeting on safe production.
On January 20, Nuojin Technology Co., Ltd. held a special meeting on production safety, drawing profound lessons from recent major accidents in the industry and comprehensively deploying an upgraded strategy for production safety. Zhang Xiangjun, Secretary of the Juxian Graphite Branch and President of the company, chaired the meeting and delivered an important speech, calling on the entire group to take immediate action and, with the highest standards, the strictest requirements, and the most practical measures, drive the transformation and upgrading of safety management toward intelligence, centralization, and precision, firmly safeguarding the inviolable safety red line for the company’s development.
The meeting pointed out that the “1.18” Baogang explosion accident was a tragic one, with profoundly painful lessons that vividly exposed the blind spots and challenges inherent in traditional safety management. President Zhang Xiangjun emphasized that safety is the company’s absolute lifeline—once an accident occurs, everything comes to a standstill. We must adopt a sense of responsibility characterized by constant vigilance and concern, treating the protection of every employee’s life and safety as our top priority and ensuring that safety operating procedures become inviolable iron rules. He called on all managers to fundamentally change their working style: “Go deep into the front lines, communicate frequently, not only be adept at identifying problems but also dare to point them out and solve them scientifically, thus establishing a management chain that spans from problem detection to closed-loop resolution.”
Faced with a severe situation, the meeting made an important decision to strategically upgrade the Group’s safety governance model. President Zhang Xiangjun clearly stated that we must fully leverage modern information technologies such as the Internet and the Internet of Things to break down data silos and achieve comprehensive interconnectivity and centralized analysis of core data—including production processes, safety conditions, equipment operations, and cost management. The Group will plan and build a “Production and Safety Dispatch Center,” creating a group-level intelligent safety brain that enables remote, real-time visual monitoring and intelligent early warning for key equipment and critical processes at all affiliated plants and subsidiaries, shifting from passive response to proactive sensing.
In the future, the Group will establish a new safety management system featuring “centralized monitoring and dispatching plus second-level autonomous management.” The Group’s dispatch center will be responsible for comprehensive monitoring, risk assessment, and emergency support; while each plant and subsidiary will strengthen their on-site accountability and enhance their ability to proactively identify and swiftly address safety and environmental issues. President Zhang Xiangjun also foresawly proposed actively exploring the application of automated inspection robots in hazardous areas—such as those with high temperatures, high pressures, or toxic and harmful substances—where human access is difficult. By leveraging technology, we can extend the reach of safety management and further elevate our inherent safety standards.
This meeting is not only a safety awareness session but also a strategic planning conference. President Zhang Xiangjun has placed the enhancement of safety squarely within the broader context of the Group’s high-quality development, calling for deep integration of safety and quality management, accelerated cultivation of versatile talents to support the safety transformation, and urging key units to take the lead in exploration. He emphasized that all Juxian employees must adopt a rigorous, meticulous, and pragmatic approach, translating every strategic directive into concrete actions, thereby jointly building a robust, intelligent safety defense system that ensures the Group’s long-term stability and security—and laying the firmest foundation for the company’s sustainable, high-quality development.
