Happy New Year, everyone! As the calendar turns and a new chapter unfolds, may each day bring fresh brilliance. On the occasion of the arrival of 2026, on behalf of Juxian Graphite Group and the leadership teams of all its subsidiaries, I would like to extend our sincerest New Year greetings to all employees and their families who are working diligently in every corner of our organization! We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to leaders at all levels, partner organizations, and people from all sectors of society who have shown concern and support for our company’s development!

Looking back at 2025, we find it to be an exceptionally meaningful year. We have successfully concluded the “14th Five-Year Plan” and smoothly embarked on a new journey under the “15th Five-Year Plan,” launching a production chain capable of annually manufacturing 100,000 tons of carbon products. Throughout this year, we have remained vigilant and diligent, working together with one heart and one mind. We’ve laid a solid foundation for our development through technological innovation, assembling research teams that have mastered several key technologies in high-end graphite materials. Our Φ700mm ultra-high-power graphite electrodes have been recognized as Shanxi’s premium products, and we’ve proudly earned honors such as Shanxi Province’s Green Factory designation and recognition as a leading private technology enterprise. Driven by digital and intelligent technologies, we’ve empowered industrial upgrades by building an integrated “MES + Industrial Internet” smart system, achieving remarkable results in cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. Through process innovation, we’ve further boosted product quality—our Φ700mm ultra-high-power graphite electrodes have been successfully introduced to the market and widely acclaimed by customers. Each of these achievements is the result of the hard work and dedication of every member of the Juxian family. You are our greatest source of strength in overcoming all challenges. We’re deeply grateful for your efforts—you’ve truly worked tirelessly!

As the first rays of sunlight in 2026 pierce the horizon, illuminating not only a brand-new year ahead but also carrying with them the fresh hope of Juxian Graphite’s “13th Five-Year Plan”—a bold and determined journey toward even greater achievements. The coming year marks a pivotal moment for us as we deepen our commitment to quality-driven strength and strive toward higher goals. In this new year, where countless sails race forward and the brave prevail, and hundreds of boats vie for the lead, I place heartfelt expectations on all my colleagues: May you always remember the arduous yet inspiring journey we took in 2025 as we moved forward with a spirit of renewal. Together, let’s wholeheartedly drive forward key initiatives such as expanding the production of ultra-high-power electrodes with diameters exceeding Φ700mm, upgrading graphite block manufacturing and forming processes, and ensuring the successful completion and operation of engineering projects. On the path of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, standard innovation, patent commercialization, and practical application of our achievements, let us move forward with courage and determination.
