As the Spring Festival approaches, warmth comes first. On February 11, 2026, Comrade Zhang Jun, Secretary of the Working Committee of the Jiexiu Economic and Technological Development Zone of the CPC, together with Comrade Du Hairong, Party-building Instructor at Juxian Graphite, paid a visit to the joint branch committee of Shanxi Juxian Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd. under the CPC. They visited and extended their care and concern to Comrade Xiao Peng, a party member facing difficulties within the company, bringing him the warmth and attention of the Party organization and extending to him sincere New Year greetings.

Zhang Xiangjun, Secretary of the Juxian Graphite Branch and President, along with branch members and prospective Party members, warmly welcomed Secretary Zhang Jun and his delegation. During the visit of condolence, Secretary Zhang Jun had a heartfelt conversation with Comrade Xiao Peng, asking in detail about his health, family life, and the practical difficulties he was facing at work. On behalf of the Non-Public Sector Party Committee of the Development Zone, Secretary Zhang Jun also presented a sum of condolence money to Comrade Xiao Peng.

Secretary Zhang Jun fully affirmed Comrade Xiao Peng’s exemplary role and active contributions as a Party member, who has demonstrated dedication and perseverance in overcoming difficulties at his post. He warmly encouraged Comrade Xiao Peng to remain confident, maintain an optimistic and positive attitude, and bravely face temporary challenges. Secretary Zhang Jun emphasized that the Party organization will always be a strong support for all Party members, and the Non-public Party Committee of the Development Zone will continue to care for and support Party members’ work and lives, doing its utmost to help them resolve their difficulties. At the same time, he urged enterprise Party branches to continuously strengthen their care and assistance to Party members—especially those facing particular hardships—and ensure that the warmth of the organization is truly put into practice.

Comrade Du Hairong, the Party building instructor, gained a detailed understanding of the branch’s recent organizational activities and the ways in which Party members have been playing their roles. She also had an in-depth exchange with Comrade Zhang Xiangjun, Secretary of the Juxian Graphite Party Branch, on how to further strengthen the grassroots Party building foundation, promote the deep integration of Party building with production and operations, and boost the vitality of the Party member contingent.
