To comprehensively review the achievements of 2025, precisely plan the development tasks for 2026, and build consensus among all employees while pooling our collective strength for development, on January 16, 2026, Juxian Graphite Group convened the “2025 Key Work Report Meeting.” The meeting provided a comprehensive summary of past work, clearly defined future development directions, and outlined a new blueprint for the company’s high-quality growth. Attending the meeting were Zhang Xiangjun, Secretary of the Juxian Graphite Party Branch and President; Cao Youfu, Chief Financial Officer; as well as deputy directors and above from each subsidiary, each center, and each branch factory, along with dedicated specialists (specialists).

At the meeting, the heads of each subsidiary, each center, and each branch factory took to the stage one after another to report on the progress of their key tasks for 2025. They objectively summarized the phased achievements made over the past year in areas such as production and operations, technological R&D, team building, and risk management, while also conducting a thorough analysis of the shortcomings and weaknesses encountered during the implementation of these tasks. The reports from each unit were clearly organized, highlighted key points effectively, featured detailed data, and provided insightful analyses—fully demonstrating the spirit of tackling tough challenges and pursuing practical results throughout the year. These reports also provided a solid foundation for the company’s comprehensive planning of its overall work for 2026.

After carefully listening to the reports from each unit, Zhang Xiangjun, Secretary of the Juxian Graphite Party Branch and President, delivered a concluding speech. First, he praised the hard work and achievements of all units in 2025, noting that over the past year, despite a complex and ever-changing market environment and intense industry competition, each unit had united its forces and worked collaboratively to successfully complete numerous key tasks, thereby laying a solid foundation for the company’s steady development. At the same time, he also put forward clear requirements addressing the issues highlighted in the reports, emphasizing that each unit must squarely face its gaps and address its shortcomings, adopt a problem-oriented approach to refine its working strategies, and effectively enhance both the quality and efficiency of its work.

He emphasized that 2026 is a pivotal year for Juxian Graphite to achieve quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, and transformation and upgrading. All units must stay firmly focused on their annual goals, strengthen their sense of responsibility, and drive the implementation and effectiveness of all tasks with more practical measures and a tougher work ethic. First, we must focus on our core business, optimize production processes, enhance product quality and capacity, and solidify the foundation for enterprise development. Second, we must increase investment in technological research and development, break through key core technologies, and bolster our products’ core competitiveness. Third, we must deepen our market presence, expand our customer base, and enhance our brand’s influence. Fourth, we must strengthen team building, optimize our talent pipeline, and unleash the enthusiasm and initiative of all employees in pursuing our goals. Fifth, we must strictly adhere to risk management bottom lines, improve prevention and control mechanisms, and ensure the sustained, healthy, and stable development of the enterprise.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Zhang Xiangjun, Secretary of the Juxian Graphite Party Branch and President, called on all employees to take this meeting as an opportunity to further align their thinking, build consensus, and, with full enthusiasm, a pragmatic work ethic, and high fighting spirit, wholeheartedly push forward the key tasks for 2026 and strive to write a new chapter of high-quality development for Juxian Graphite. The holding of this annual report meeting on key tasks not only provided a comprehensive review of past work but also clearly defined the direction for the coming year, laying a solid foundation for the group to unite its efforts and overcome challenges.
