The new year has dawned, and a brilliant new chapter is unfolding. As the bountiful year 2025 draws to a close, the promising year 2026 is fast approaching. At this beautiful moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, we are gathered here in grand fashion to hold the “Juxian Graphite 2025 Annual Work Summary and Advanced Employees Recognition Conference.” This event aims to summarize our experiences, refine our practices, and strive for continuous improvement, while also recognizing outstanding individuals and encouraging innovation through practicality and integrity. Here, on behalf of Juxian Graphite Group Corporation and the leadership teams of all its subsidiaries, I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all employees who are working diligently at their respective posts, as well as to their families. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation and warm greetings to leaders at all levels, partner organizations, and people from all sectors of society who have shown concern, support, and assistance in the development of Juxian’s endeavors!

In 2025, we remained vigilant and diligent day and night, working together with one heart and one mind. We weathered storms and saw the rainbow after the rain, overcoming countless difficulties and obstacles hand in hand, and each of us achieved remarkable accomplishments. This year, from the beginning to the end, Office, Finance & Assets, Production & Operations, Quality Control, Equipment Safety & Environmental Protection, Technology Center, Centralized Procurement & E-commerce, Sales Company, Molding Branch Factory, Sanxian New Energy, Nuojin Technology, Machinery & Equipment Branch Factory… Throughout the past year, everyone has been diligently working in their ordinary positions, giving their all, making selfless contributions, and reaping abundant rewards. In the fleeting passage of time, what we’ve come to see at Juxian Graphite is a resilient, vibrant enterprise—brimming with approachable and respected employees, guided by a clear direction of technological innovation, driven by high-quality operations, and committed to a legacy of continuous inheritance. Looking back on this year, it has been truly remarkable: our “12th Five-Year Plan” has been successfully concluded, and our “13th Five-Year Plan” has fully kicked off, marking the start of a new journey toward building a carbon product manufacturing industrial chain with an annual output of 100,000 tons. Here, we’d like to extend our heartfelt gratitude first and foremost to our Group shareholders—Mr. Zhu Fulian, Mr. La Yizheng, and Mr. Li Haijun—for their unwavering support and trust. We extend our heartfelt dedication and unwavering support to Juxian Graphite. This year, we’ve leveraged technological innovation to drive industrial transformation. We’ve firmly seized the opportunities presented by new technologies and industrial changes, integrated resources for technological innovation, and optimized our innovation ecosystem—dozens of... Academic talents have assembled research teams and established the “Ultra-High-Power Graphite Electrode Innovation Group” and the “Graphitized Carbon Block Innovation Group.” By leveraging the “Technology Center,” the “Carbon Materials Research Institute,” and the “Pilot Test Base,” we’ve built a comprehensive innovation system spanning the entire R&D-to-pilot-scale-to-mid-scale-to-industrialization chain. This system focuses on addressing challenges related to high-end graphite materials and breaking through critical “bottleneck” technologies in key areas, with a primary focus on tackling research and development of the body and joints for ultra-high-power graphite electrodes with diameters of Φ600, Φ650, and Φ700 mm. “Stable Improvement of Homogeneity,” “Technical Research and Industrial Application of Homogeneity Processes for the Body and Joints of Ultra-High-Power Graphite Electrodes with Diameters of Φ750 mm and Φ800 mm,” and “Development of Graphitization Cathode Carbon Block Manufacturing Technologies (via Extrusion and Vibration)” are among the various projects we’ve been involved in. This year, we have also successively participated in the revision of three national standards, including “Method for Determination of Elastic Modulus of Carbon Materials,” as well as three industry standards, such as “Evaluation Requirements for Green Factories of Graphite Electrode Enterprises.” We have successfully filed five invention patent applications, including “A Rotary Coupling Device and Coupling Method for Graphite Electrodes.” Most notably, our Φ700 mm ultra-high-power graphite electrodes have been recognized as “Shanxi Boutique Products” and have smoothly passed the Shanxi Province’s Green Factory certification, earning us the title of a leading private technology enterprise in Shanxi Province.

This year, we’ve leveraged digital intelligence to drive industrial innovation. We’ve focused closely on the deep integration of artificial intelligence and data as key factors, promoted the construction of digital-intelligence infrastructure, and established a comprehensive operational framework for data elements. Dozens of engineering professionals have formed a smart team and established the “Production Process Equipment Innovation Group” and the “MES Manufacturing System Development Group.” First, in their own high... Building on the stage of quality development and new-quality productivity, we will leverage next-generation information technologies—such as digital technologies, intelligent manufacturing, and green propulsion—to integrate these into traditional industries, thereby comprehensively promoting high-quality operations across all production processes, boosting output, enhancing efficiency, and steering the Juxian brand toward a cluster-oriented path characterized by high standards, premium quality, and high-end positioning. Second, by constructing... The “MES + Industrial Internet” digital intelligence system integrates and consolidates previously standalone intelligent systems such as ERP and WMS via an internet platform. It focuses on addressing key challenges in production-line data collection and comprehensive digital tracking and management technologies, with a particular emphasis on breakthrough research in areas including: shifting from manual data entry to rapid and accurate scanning for production-site data collection; transitioning electronic kanban management from manual statistics and publication to automated data acquisition and dissemination; and reducing the granularity of data management from daily to hourly or even minute-by-minute levels. This year, we have accelerated the construction of our new development paradigm and deepened the implementation of high-quality development. Centralized procurement of equipment and facilities across various departments has resulted in cost savings exceeding 2 million yuan, achieving a cost-saving rate of 21.4%. The project “Research and Application of an Automatic Warning Labeling Machine for Graphite Electrodes,” submitted by the Machinery Division, won the Second Prize in the Shanxi Province “Five Small Innovation Competition” and the First Prize in the 11th Jinzhong City “Five Small Competition.” The construction team working on the Nuojin Project has demonstrated both a broad-minded, long-term vision and an unwavering commitment to project success. However, our greatest regret is that frequent rainfall during the rainy season has repeatedly delayed the completion of the 52MN project at the Forming Plant. Even under these extremely challenging conditions, we persevered and successfully produced 16,000 tons of pressed products, providing strong support for the business development of Juxian Graphite.

This year, we’ve driven industrial innovation through technological innovation. We’ve actively promoted the dual-track development of incremental and breakthrough process innovations, establishing both enterprise-led independent innovation models and collaborative innovation frameworks involving enterprises. Dozens of... Technical experts have assembled process teams and successively established the “Process Technology Development and Application Task Force” and the “Product Quality Enhancement and Performance Improvement Task Force.” By building a collaborative innovation system that integrates production, academia, research, and application, we are focusing on transitioning from a traditional production model that relies heavily on human physical labor and experience to an intelligent model driven by data and algorithms. Our key research efforts include “high-quality development and optimization upgrades for large-size ultra-high-power graphite electrodes,” “the upgrade of graphite block manufacturing processes from vibration-based to compression-based techniques,” and “technological upgrades of new energy-saving equipment and green environmental protection systems.” This year, we have formulated the “Regulations for Batch and Root Number Management and Process Sequence Tracking of Graphite Electrodes,” and the UHP Φ600×2850mm (JHH) electrode has achieved full-process product traceability, marking significant progress. Comparative analysis of data from the φ335mm and φ395mm joint materials processed via internal-series graphitization and large-scale DC graphitization shows that their physicochemical properties—such as resistivity, bulk density, and flexural strength—meet all specified standards, confirming the feasibility and controllability of producing joint materials using the internal-series graphitization furnace. Meanwhile, we have further optimized the process formulation for needle coke made from domestically produced oil-based and imported coal-based feedstocks, effectively enhancing the homogeneity and stability of our products. Most notably, the Φ700mm ultra-high-power graphite electrodes have been successfully deployed at Xuansteel in Hebei Province and Xin Hui in Hebei Province, filling a regional market gap and earning widespread customer acclaim.

The project’s focused research, the formulation and revision of standards, the commercialization of patent achievements, the application of artificial intelligence, the operation of digital technologies, the development of green energy, the use of new materials, the implementation of new processes, the adoption of novel methods, and the deployment of cutting-edge technologies—all these efforts are driving the evolution of Juxian Graphite’s productivity toward a higher-quality, more advanced, smarter, greener, more sophisticated, and more intensive state. They not only enhance the overall performance of our products, elevate our intelligent manufacturing capabilities, and accelerate the upgrading of product quality, but also bolster our company’s international competitiveness, boost production efficiency, and highlight our brand’s unique characteristics. Moreover, they comprehensively promote the synergistic development of technological innovation, digital and intelligent transformation, process innovation, and industrial innovation. These remarkable achievements are the result of the collective efforts of the Juxian team. The relentless efforts and hard work of our dedicated team highlight the extraordinary brilliance and strength of the Juxian people. Our ordinary Juxian heroes will always remain our greatest source of strength in overcoming all difficulties and challenges. In 2026, Juxian Graphite’s “13th Five-Year Plan” development will set sail once again. In this era of a thousand sails racing and hundreds of boats vying for the lead, we not only welcome rainbows but also aren’t afraid of storms; we delight in seeing winter plum blossoms yet fear neither frost nor cold. Only by continuously strengthening our meticulous management and execution力度; deeply investing in R&D to steadily enhance product quality; operating all production processes at full capacity with high efficiency; expanding and advancing ultra-high-performance electrodes above 700; bringing engineering projects to full completion, commissioning, and achieving desired results; transforming graphite carbon blocks from vibration molding to compression molding; innovatively implementing standardized procedures with patents and qualifications; and tapping into every possible cost-saving potential to reduce costs and boost efficiency—only then can we truly thrive.

Comrades! Though the dream may seem distant, we can reach it if we keep pursuing it; though the aspiration may be arduous, we can make it come true if we remain steadfast. On the path toward new-quality productivity and high-quality development, our tasks are indeed more daunting, our responsibilities heavier, and our challenges more severe. Yet we must never underestimate the difficulties, never waver in our confidence, and never let up on our vigor.
