On December 27, 2025, the Juxian Graphite Group held a grand annual work summary and advanced employee recognition conference for 2025. Attending the conference were Zhang Xiangjun, President of Juxian Graphite Group; Liu Yingxian, Director of Marketing; Xiao Guohong, Director of Equipment; Cao Youfu, Director of Finance; Tian Cheng, Director of Quality, as well as leading officials from the Group and its subsidiaries, outstanding individuals, and employee representatives. At the beginning of the meeting, all participants watched the opening video for the annual conference, titled “Juxian Graphite: Flourishing and Vibrant.” After the video screening, the conference host read out the “Decision on Commending Outstanding Teams and Individuals for 2025”: Li Wenping, Zhang Dekai, Han Long, Cao Gong’ao, Chen Shijun, Cao ZhuKuan, Dong Jing, Liu Shuxian, Na Renhua, Du Jingyun, Han Rongqiang, and Chen Rui—twelve comrades—were recognized as “Outstanding Employees” for 2025. Zhang Dekai from Nuojin Technology, Li Wenping from the Technology Center, Dong Jing from the Finance and Asset Center, and Liu Shuxian from Nuojin Technology took to the stage as representatives of the outstanding employees to deliver speeches.

The temperature-control team from the tunnel kiln workshop and the woodworking and packaging team from the machining workshop were awarded the “Advanced Team” honor for 2025. The Technology Center and the First Graphitization Workshop respectively received the titles of “Advanced Department” and “Advanced Collective” for 2025. Comrade Ma Wei from the Technology Center and Comrade Liu Shuxian from Nuojin Technology each took to the stage to deliver speeches as representatives of the “Advanced Department” and “Advanced Collective,” respectively.

Comrades Hao Guodong, Fan Youchun, and Zhang Xiaojiang were awarded the title of “Model Worker” for 2025. Comrade Hao Guodong from the Sales Company delivered a speech on behalf of the “Model Workers.”

Next, the host read out the “Notice on the Results of the 2025 High-Quality Enterprise Standards Selection”: The standards “Management Requirements for Project and Equipment Technical Documentation” and “Operating Procedures for Internal Series Graphitization Furnaces (Metallurgical Coke)—Trial Implementation” both won the Third Prize for Enterprise Standards; “Physicochemical Indices for Pitch Coke, Metallurgical Coke Calcined Products, and Graphite Powder” won the Second Prize for Enterprise Standards; and “Technical Specifications for Precision Machining Dimensions of Graphite Joints in the Mechanical Assembly Plant” won the First Prize for Enterprise Standards. Comrade Dong Zengliang from the Technical Center took to the stage as the representative of the winners of the Enterprise Standards Award to deliver a speech. Subsequently, the host announced the “Notice on the Results of the 2025 President’s Technological Innovation Award”: The projects “Research and Application of Graphite Electrodes and Carbon Block Pressing Machines,” “Design and Application of Joint Material Palletizing Racks,” and “Modification of Cutting Tools for Carbon Block Line Processing Furnace Heads” each received the Third Prize for President’s Technological Innovation; the projects “Principles for Customized Optimization of Internal Series Graphitization Curves” and “Solutions for Eliminating Mottling in Internal Series Graphitization” each won the Second Prize for President’s Technological Innovation; and the project “Research on Industrialization Process for Ultra-High-Power Internal Series Technology with Diameters Ranging from 335 mm to 395 mm” was awarded the First Prize for President’s Technological Innovation. Finally, the project “Industrial Research on the Production of Ultra-High-Power Graphite Electrode Joints with Diameters from 450 mm to 500 mm Using Sinopec Jinling Needle-Shape Coke” was honored with the Special Prize for President’s Technological Innovation. Comrade Shi Yihong from Sanxian New Energy took to the stage as the representative of the winners of the President’s Technological Innovation Award to deliver a speech.

After the award ceremony, Comrade Zhang Xiangjun, President of Juxian Graphite Group, delivered a speech titled “Driven by Digital Intelligence, Transforming Through Innovation, Exploring the Future with Carbon, and Serving the World—Fully Achieving Our 2026 Breakthrough and Victory Goals.” He pointed out that in 2025, our “13th Five-Year Plan” was successfully concluded, and the “14th Five-Year Plan” has now fully kicked off, marking the beginning of a new journey to build a carbon product production industrial chain with an annual output of 100,000 tons. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to all shareholders of the Group’s headquarters for their wholehearted dedication and steadfast support to Juxian Graphite. He also gave full recognition to the leadership teams of the Group’s various centers, subsidiaries, and branch factories for their devoted efforts and close cooperation over the past year.

President Zhang Xiangjun emphasized: “Though dreams may seem distant, they can be achieved if we pursue them; though aspirations may be challenging, they can be fulfilled if we remain steadfast.” In 2026, Juxian Graphite’s next phase of development—its “3-5” initiative—will once again set sail. On the path toward new-quality productivity and high-quality development, although our tasks are even more arduous, our responsibilities even greater, and our challenges even more daunting, we must never underestimate the difficulties, never waver in our confidence, and never let up on our determination and energy. Only by anchoring ourselves firmly to our lofty goals, maintaining strategic composure, and drawing upon unwavering self-confidence, exceptional wisdom, and fearless courage—by facing difficulties head-on and rising to meet them—we can harness digital intelligence, drive innovative transformation, forge a carbon-neutral future, and serve the world. Let us join hands and strive tirelessly to build a Juxian Graphite that is ever more vibrant and prosperous. May Juxian Group continue to thrive and carry forward its glorious legacy!

Finally, all participants sang “The Song of Gathering the Wise” together, and the meeting came to a successful close in a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere.
