On November 18th, Juxian Graphite held a regular meeting. At the meeting, Liu Zhenji, director of the Group's office, gave a detailed explanation of the matters related to the drafting of the "2025 Production and Operation Outline." Director Liu Zhenji emphasized that, in the face of a rapidly changing market environment and increasingly fierce industry competition, a scientific, reasonable, and forward-looking outline is like a lighthouse guiding the company's voyage. Especially the upcoming year 2025, which is a crucial period for the rapid development of Juxian Graphite and is of paramount importance for the continuous advancement of high-quality development.

The "Juxian Graphite Production and Operation Outline" has been compiled since 2017. After seven years of continuous development, it has become an important part of the company Culture and a link connecting employees from different periods of the group. It allows the core Culture of Juxian Graphite to continue to accumulate and develop over time, ensuring that the group maintains the correct direction in a constantly changing market environment, and at the same time witnessing the continuous transformation of Juxian Graphite from one stage to another.

The drafting of the "2025 Production and Operation Outline" clearly defines the goals, priorities, and responsibilities of various subsidiaries, centers, and factories. The outline will cover market development, R&D of innovative products, production operation management, product quality control, sales strategies, material procurement and supply, HR management, and financial management, among other aspects, serving as the action plan for Juxian's development in the coming year.

To ensure the scientific and feasibility of the 2025 outline, Director Liu Zhenji requested that all departments actively participate and cooperate fully. The drafting work has a tight schedule and heavy tasks.
