From March 22 to 26, the review expert group of Beijing Zhongan Quality and Environmental Certification Center conducted a five-day on-site supervision and audit on the operation of the company's quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system. The review team conducted the whole process of review and guidance on the compliance, adequacy and effectiveness of the company's "three systems" through on-site document review, inquiry, observation, record sampling and other methods, and also proposed a non-compliance item, this paper puts forward valuable opinions and suggestions on the shortcomings of the company. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the audit work, the technology center deployed and arranged in advance. Under the leadership of Dong Zengliang, executive deputy director of the center, and Ma Wei, deputy director of the testing center, as well as the active cooperation of various functional departments and workshop leaders, the third-party on-site supervision and audit of the "three standards" management system was successfully completed.

In the end, the experts of the audit team unanimously determined that the "three standards" system of Juxian graphite worked well, met the relevant requirements of the certification standards, and continued to maintain the certification qualification.
