From March 18 to 19, 2024, the 2024 annual meeting and standard approval meeting of the Carbon Materials Sub-Committee of the National Steel Standards Committee was successfully held in Guiyang. The meeting was attended by more than 30 experts from China Iron and Steel Industry Association, China Carbon Industry Association, Metallurgical Industry Information Standards Research Institute, Fangda Carbon New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and other enterprises and scientific research institutes. Dong Zengliang, director and executive deputy director of the technology center of Juga branch of our graphite company, ma Wei, deputy director of the technical center, was invited to attend the meeting.

The meeting was presided over by the Secretariat of the Carbon Materials Sub-Technical Committee of the National Steel Standards Committee. At the meeting, the experts at the meeting fully discussed the accounting boundary and accounting method of the national standard of "Greenhouse Gas Emission Accounting and Reporting Requirements Part XX: Carbon Material Production Enterprises", and put forward valuable reasonable suggestions; the meeting also considered and adopted the "carbon material elastic modulus determination method", "carbon material volume density, true density, true porosity, apparent porosity measurement method" two national standard integration revision project. Our Juxian Graphite Company is involved in the revision of the above three national standards.

The meeting also commended the outstanding committee members of 2023 and awarded honorary certificates. Zhang Xiang, general manager of the group, was named an outstanding member of the Carbon Materials Sub-Technical Committee of the National Steel Standards Committee by the committee. Over the years, General Manager Zhang Xiangjun has attached great importance to standardization work, has a long-term vision, led the team to enter the construction of industry standards, actively participated in standard discussions, and undertook the revision of standards, which played a positive role in promoting the internationalization of industry standards. at the same time, it also helps the company to develop high-tech innovation and enhance the competitiveness of products in domestic and foreign markets.
