俗话说，无规矩不成方圆。确实如此，生活中处处都是有规矩或者说是规则、准则的，看似很麻烦，其实正是它们组成了缤纷多彩、安定有序的日常生活。
前几天公司给每个部门及车间下发了山西聚贤石墨新材料有限公司新的《员工手册》，并且要求企业所有员工熟知本手册内容，共同推进企业规范化管理进程，打造一支“创新、诚信、实干、奉献”的人才队伍，确保公司科学、健康、持续发展，为企业打造国内、国际一流品牌的目标打下坚实基础。
《员工手册》一共分为九章，有公司简介、企业文化、保密工作管理制度、员工职业道德规范、员工行为准则规范、人事管理制度、企业资料管理制度以及财务业务流程和石墨电极知识讲座。
刚开始就介绍了公司是哪年哪月成立的，占地面积有多少，注册资本是多少，最主要的是公司从事的是什么行业？产品远销欧洲、美洲、东南亚等国家。公司也一直秉承的是“理念为先、和作为路、以人为本、创新为魂”的理念。包括指导思想、愿景等等，
接下来的几章是对于每个员工在平时的工作中设立的一些制度，比如员工在职期间及离职半年内对公司的秘密事项都具有保密义务；员工在工作期间需穿着公司统一发放的蓝色工作服，以及佩戴胸牌、上班期间不准携带手机，不准干工作以外的事情等等。
最后是石墨电极的知识讲座。介绍了石墨电极的六个质量指标等等，真的要感谢这本《员工手册》，是它让我对石墨电极有了更确切的的理解！
在激烈的市场竞争中，立足自生、快速发展、在未来竞争中面对严峻的挑战、击败强大的竞争对手从而真正实现企业的可持续发展和不断成长，建立健全的符合企业自身特点的现代化公司管理规章制度是最重要的基础和根本所在。
