Leaders from the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology visited the Calcination Branch Factory to conduct an on-site preliminary review of the Jinchong City Technical Center application project.
On April 23, 2026, Meng Lijun, Director of the Service Center of the Jishui Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, along with her delegation, visited the Juxian Graphite Calcination Branch Factory to conduct an on-site preliminary review of the application for the Jinzhong City Technical Center. Shi Yihong, the branch factory’s director, accompanied the inspection throughout the visit.
During the inspection, Director Meng Lijun and her delegation first visited the tunnel kiln production workshop, where they conducted an on-site assessment of equipment operation, production processes, and the application of technological R&D. Factory Director Shi Yihong provided a detailed briefing to the inspection team on the workshop’s production structure, core technological strengths, capacity‑related supporting facilities, and the practical outcomes of R&D, offering a comprehensive overview of the roasting division’s current production operations and technological development.
Following the on-site inspection, both parties convened a special working symposium. During the meeting, Director Meng Lijun, in light of the municipal-level application and evaluation criteria, systematically reviewed and verified each item of the submission materials and provided detailed guidance on key areas for optimizing and refining the application. She also offered expert advice on critical aspects such as the subsequent review and defense procedures, important considerations, and response protocols, clearly outlining the direction for revising the materials and the priorities for follow-up preparations. This helped our plant clarify its approach and lay a solid foundation for efficiently advancing the application process.
This initial review and on-site inspection by the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology’s Service Center not only serves as an official assessment of our plant’s R&D capabilities but also presents a crucial opportunity to support our standardized development. Moving forward, the Calcination Branch will rigorously implement the guidance provided, identify and address any gaps to refine our application materials, and further detail and enhance our preparatory efforts. We will continue to deepen our R&D investments, strengthen our innovation capacity, and make every effort to secure recognition as a municipal-level technology center, leveraging technology to drive high‑quality enterprise growth.
