From June 11th to 13th, 2025, a team of on-site audit experts from Guangzhou Saibao Certification Center Service Co., Ltd. visited Shanxi Ju Xian Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd. to conduct a comprehensive on-site audit of the two-integration management system. All management personnel, department heads, and relevant business backbones of Ju Xian Graphite participated throughout the process, which involved on-site inspections, in-depth exchanges, and rigorous assessments.

On the first day of the audit, the person in charge of Ju Xian Graphite's two-integration working group gave a detailed report to the expert team on the construction of Ju Xian Graphite's two-integration management system. From the perspective of strategic goal decomposition, business process optimization, information technology application, and data value mining, the report systematically explained the effectiveness of the system's operation. Subsequently, the expert team went deep into core areas such as the production workshop and information center to view the operation status of the intelligent production line and the data interaction of the industrial internet platform in person. They verified key indicators such as the MES production manufacturing management system, WMS intelligent warehousing system, and WCS control system, and randomly retrieved business data from production, quality, and sales to comprehensively evaluate the company's digital management level.

During the three-day audit, the expert team used methods such as document verification, employee interviews, and process tracing to conduct a comprehensive review of the planning, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the two-integration management system. The expert team provided targeted improvement suggestions for the detailed problems existing in the system's operation.

The on-site audit of the two-integration management system is both a test and an opportunity for improvement. Ju Xian Graphite will take this on-site audit as an opportunity to earnestly implement the expert team's opinions, further optimize the management system, deepen the integration and application of information technology and business scenarios, continuously improve the company's digital and intelligent level, and provide more valuable practical experience for the two-integration development of the industry.
