I. Theme Speech Contest

In order to actively respond to the 24th National "Safety Production Month" activities, on June 18, Juxian Graphite held a safety production month speech contest themed "Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies - Finding Safety Hazards Around Us". This competition aims to strengthen employees' awareness of safety production and promote the company's safety production work to a new level.

On the day of the competition, 13 contestants from various centers, factories, and tunnel kiln workshops came to the machining plant workshop. The contestants were energetic and took the stage one by one to showcase their talents. The atmosphere on site was tense and exciting, with every sentence captivating. They revolved around the theme of safety, combining their own work experience, and from different angles, they elaborated on their understanding and insights into safety production.

Some contestants talked about safety details that are easily overlooked in daily work, combining actual safety accident cases to deeply analyze the importance of safety production, sharing their insights from safety production work, and explaining the profound lessons learned; some cited industry data to warn of the serious consequences of neglecting safety; others put forward innovative suggestions for strengthening safety production, establishing a digital safety protection system, and transforming safety management from passive response to active innovation. They spoke eloquently, using sincere emotions, vivid language, and vivid examples to vividly demonstrate the importance of safety production, deeply moving every audience member and judge present, earning rounds of warm applause.

The judges adhered to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness, comprehensively scoring from multiple dimensions, including the depth and accuracy of the speech content, the fluency and appeal of the language expression, the proficiency in the use of speech skills, and the strength of the on-site appeal. They carefully listened to each contestant's speech and carefully considered the scores. After a fierce competition, the first, second, and third prizes and participation awards of this competition were finally selected.

After the competition, the leaders highly praised the wonderful performance of the contestants, and at the same time emphasized that safety production is the lifeline of the company's development, concerning the lives and property of every employee, and the stability and development of the company. This safety production month speech contest not only provided employees with a platform to showcase themselves and exchange experiences, but also deeply rooted the concept of safety production in the hearts of every employee, injecting strong impetus into Juxian Graphite's safety production work. II. Fire Accident Emergency Drill

On June 21, 2025, Shanxi Sanxian New Energy Co., Ltd. organized a fire accident emergency drill. Shanxi Sanxian New Energy Co., Ltd. General Manager Dang Guohong, Shanxi Juxian Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd. Equipment Safety and Environmental Protection Center Director Yue Lisheng, and Shanxi Juxian Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd. Machining Plant Director Dong Zengliang were invited to observe.

The entire fire accident drill was tense, orderly, and efficient, effectively testing and honing the emergency response capabilities and collaborative combat capabilities of all company personnel.

Adhering to the safety production policy of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management", taking the life safety of employees and the safety of company property as the fundamental, and taking the implementation of emergency rescue plans as the basis, improving the speed and coordination level of emergency rescue response, enhancing the ability to handle emergencies, and minimizing the consequences of accidents and disasters. This drill mainly verifies the scientific nature, practicality, and operability of the fire accident emergency plan in the emergency plan, improves the cooperation ability among the emergency response teams in the tunnel kiln workshop, improves the level of emergency rescue, popularizes emergency rescue knowledge and fire safety knowledge, extinguishes initial fires at the fastest speed, and minimizes casualties and property losses.

After the drill, Sanxian New Energy General Manager Xiao Guohong pointed out that through the simulated drill, the company's emergency rescue capabilities and collaborative combat capabilities were tested, practical experience in rescue and relief was accumulated, and the safety awareness of the majority of employees was further improved. However, there are also shortcomings. It is required that all participants seriously summarize their experience, improve emergency rescue measures, and ensure that once a similar dangerous situation occurs, they can be dealt with effectively. At the same time, it is hoped that in future work, this rigorous work style will be maintained, and safety production work will always be grasped firmly, practically, and meticulously.
