On August 5, 2020, Shanxi Juxian Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Juxian Graphite) and Sinopec Refining and Sales Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Refining and Marketing Company) signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the needle coke project,GroupZhang Xiangjun, Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Juxian Graphite,GroupPresident Wang Sizhai, Vice Chairman of Sanxian New Energy Xia Xinjian, Group Executive Director Liu Zhenji, Deputy General Manager of Juxian Graphite Zhang Shengli, Party Secretary and Executive Director Wang Jingyi of Lian Marketing Company, Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager Yang Yong, Group Company Expert Huang Wanli and other relevant leaders attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the two sides said that they would establish long-term cooperative relations in needle coke product evaluation, demonstration application, raw material supply and scientific and technological research and development according to the principle of "complementary advantages, equality and mutual benefit, common development and win-win cooperation", so as to give full play to their respective advantages and realize complementary advantages, strong alliance and win-win development.
