In order to fully implement the spirit of the group president Wang Sizhai's document on safety work during the two festivals, the aim is to further unify thinking, raise awareness, take practical and effective measures, and go all out to do a good job in the work of "welcoming the two festivals and ensuring safety". In line with the safety production policy of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management", to ensure the personal safety of employees and the safety of the company's property during the holidays, all employees have a happy, peaceful and safe National Day. The Group and its subsidiaries jointly carried out a large-scale fire safety inspection before the double festival.
Juxian Graphite Safety Inspection
On September 28, 2020, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of Juxian Graphite organized the Production Technology Department and the Equipment Management Department to conduct a comprehensive and detailed safety inspection of the production workshop and office area of the machine plus branch.
The inspection focused on "three inspections and three defenses", checking the implementation of responsibilities, checking on-site management and control, checking hidden dangers, preventing accidents, preventing violations, and preventing misoperation. The company's fire-fighting equipment, power distribution room, production equipment, etc. A comprehensive and carpet-like investigation has further strengthened the implementation of safety responsibilities, on-site safety control and hidden danger investigation and management.
For the safety hazards detected, the Ministry of Safety and Environmental Protection issued the "Safety Inspection Hazard Rectification Notice", requiring the inspected department to complete the rectification on schedule. Up to now, all the potential safety hazards detected have been rectified.
Public Security Emergency Squadron Fire Inspection
On September 30, 2020, the Public Security Emergency Squadron of the Group Office and the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of each subsidiary conducted a major fire safety inspection of each workshop.
Safety fire inspection is the inspection of the implementation and compliance of the fire safety and safety operation procedures of each unit of the enterprise. This is an important means of self-management and self-restraint of each unit of the enterprise. It is also an important measure to discover fire hazards in time and prevent and contain fires. According to the problems and hidden dangers found in the process, put forward rectification requirements and opinions.
During the double festival, all personnel of the squadron will adopt a 24-hour on-duty system and go all out to do a good job in emergency duty and early warning and prevention.
At the same time, efforts should be made to strengthen the management of personnel entering and leaving the factory, on-duty inspection and night patrol in the factory area, and any problems found should be reported to the on-duty leader and the general manager of the subsidiary company in time for timely handling.
