Before the competition, Yue Lisheng, deputy general manager of the company, delivered a speech. He hoped that through actively carrying out rich and colorful cultural and sports activities, employees could feel the concern of leaders at all levels, and promote the improvement of employees' physical quality, so as to promote the construction of spiritual civilization and corporate culture of the company. He stressed: to strengthen unity and exchanges through the competition, friendship first, competition second. What's more, we should take the tug-of-war competition as an opportunity to turn the determination to strive for the first place, the confidence to overcome difficulties, the indomitable fighting style, the awareness of taking into account the overall situation, and the spirit of unity and cooperation into practical actions of innovation and creation, so as to effectively improve their own performance, execution and cohesion.
In this competition, the company's administrative staff and 30 male employees of the machine plus factory took part in the competition. There are three teams in the competition, with 10 players in each team. The three groups will play two games in turn. After the two games, the ranking will be based on the number of wins from more to less, and finally the three 1. 2. will be determined.
The first whistle of the first game was blown by Mr. Yue, and with an order, the tug-of-war opened a fierce duel. On the field, the players of each group were all in high spirits. They told us the meaning of unity with their sweat. Their indomitable perseverance and fighting spirit moved everyone. The staff of the cheerleading team on the spot were all enthusiastic, and the shouting and cheering added a touch of light to the competition, and every cry brought a force; especially at the moment when the victory was difficult to score, everyone did not retreat, clenched their teeth, and persisted to the end. The competition of strong rivals with equal strength and the moment of one second kill also affected the hearts of the leaders of various units, cheering, cheering and cheering, it's brilliant.
After fierce competition, group 2 of Jiga branch won the first place; group 1 of Jiga branch won the second place, and the administrative group won the third place. Deputy General Manager Zhang Shengli, Deputy General Manager Yue Lisheng, and Chief Engineer Xiao Guohong presented awards to the winning team and took a group photo.
Finally, Deputy General Manager Zhang Shengli made a summary for the competition. He pointed out that the competition fully demonstrated the good mental outlook of our employees.
