In the general environment of the overall downturn in the graphite electrode industry, Juxian New Materials closely revolves around the development plan of the carbon section "5-6-3-1" put forward by the general manager Zhang Xiangjun of the group, actively introduces advanced production equipment and takes the road of diversified product development.

Graphite cathode carbon block machine workshop construction, with a total construction area of 1930 square meters. It is planned to complete the construction of all civil works and steel structures in early June. The delivery date of the whole carbon block processing line equipment is expected to be July, and the installation and debugging of the whole production line can be completed in August. After the completion of the project, 60000 tons of graphite cathode carbon blocks can be processed annually.

In the project planning period, under the rigid requirements of the carbon block line layout and the production process parameters of the furnace head block, many times of communication and modification, according to the actual situation and theory combined with tailor-made cathode carbon block and furnace head block can produce multi-functional processing line. At the same time, after many considerations, the equipment management department led by the chief engineer determined the workshop drawing design scheme after carefully optimizing the workshop layout through multiple simulations according to the production situation.

The project construction task has always been based on the principle of "high standard planning, high starting point construction, high quality management and high efficiency operation", so as to ensure the advanced nature and practicability of the equipment with "high equipment positioning and high process innovation.
