This sports competition is presided over by Dong Zengliang, chairman of the Juxian Trade Union. Deputy General Manager Zhang Shengli, Cao Youfu, Wang Shuai, and Chief Engineer Xiao Guohong each lead a group. They are divided into 4 groups and each group has 9 people to compete. The members of each group and the opposing group are determined by random drawing of lots before the competition. The two groups promoted by the opposing group will compete for the first and second place.

Before the competition, deputy general manager Zhang Shengli gave a speech for the competition.
