From November 2 to 7, 2025, the audit team from the Beijing Zhong'an Quality and Environmental Certification Center visited Juxian Graphite to conduct a comprehensive review of the company’s energy management system surveillance audit, quality management system surveillance audit, as well as the recertification of its environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system. After several days of rigorous and meticulous verification, the company successfully passed the audit.

In terms of the energy management system, the expert panel focused on verifying the company’s energy consumption statistics, the application of energy-saving technologies, and the achievement of energy performance indicators. The panel recognized the company’s initiatives and achievements in optimizing its energy mix and reducing energy consumption costs. Regarding the three-system framework, the panel started with key aspects such as departmental objectives, evidence of identification and evaluation of departmental environmental factors, quality control of products, operating procedures, product standards, and evidence of hazardous chemical management. The panel fully affirmed the company’s standardized and sustainable system operations, while also offering constructive suggestions for further refinement of specific details.

During the audit process, all centers and branch plants cooperated closely and efficiently, fully demonstrating their strong management foundation and execution capabilities. In response to the improvement suggestions put forward by the expert panel, the company immediately identified the responsible departments and set specific deadlines for corrective actions. Taking this audit as an opportunity, the company will further refine its system operating mechanisms and continuously enhance the level of refined management.

During the recertification audit, the expert panel rigorously evaluated the effectiveness of the company’s system document compliance and its continuous improvement mechanisms, employing a variety of methods including document review, on-site inspections, and employee interviews, all in strict accordance with relevant audit standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. Successfully passing the recertification and surveillance audits represents an authoritative recognition of Juxian Graphite’s system management efforts.
