Juxian Graphite Successfully Hosts the National "Quality Month Speech Competition"
On September 27, 2025, the atmosphere was buzzing in Meeting Room #5 of Juxian Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd., as a vibrant speech competition centered on "quality" kicked off. As a key event aimed at advancing the company's comprehensive quality management efforts, this competition drew extensive participation from various centers, branch plants, and subsidiaries, with 16 talented contestants vying against each other in a thrilling battle of ideas and eloquence.
Before the match began, everyone stood up and sang "The Song of Gathering Talents" with soaring enthusiasm. The passionate and rousing melody stirred every heart in the audience, filling them with excitement and energy.
To ensure a fair and impartial evaluation, we have specially invited Zhang Xiangjun, President of Juxian Graphite Group; Xiao Guohong, Director of Equipment; Cao Youfu, Director of Finance; Tian Cheng, Director of Quality; and directors from various center departments within the group to form a professional judging panel. The competition will follow a scoring rule: after discarding the highest and lowest scores, the remaining marks will be averaged. Judges will comprehensively assess each contestant’s performance from multiple perspectives, including speech content, language delivery, and overall demeanor, thereby establishing a solid foundation for the credibility of the competition results.
This competition closely aligned with the core theme of "Strengthening comprehensive quality management and fostering a nation built on quality excellence." Sixteen contestants showcased their profound understanding of quality through passionate performances and articulate presentations. Some drew upon classic references and historical insights to trace the evolution of quality over time, while others shared firsthand experiences from their daily roles, highlighting the critical importance of quality in real-world practice. Vivid case studies, detailed statistics, and heartfelt reflections intertwined seamlessly, painting a compelling picture of dedicated individuals striving for excellence. One contestant emphasized the lesson learned from technical challenges—that even the slightest deviation can lead to significant errors, underscoring the need for unwavering vigilance in quality control. Another recounted how paying meticulous attention to customer service details can make or break success, reinforcing the belief that quality is the key to earning trust. Meanwhile, yet another contestant envisioned a future where digital innovation empowers quality management, bringing fresh, forward-thinking perspectives to elevate standards. These practical, experience-based insights transformed the abstract concept of "quality" into something tangible, relatable, and actionable—resonating deeply with the audience and inspiring them to embrace quality as a guiding principle in their own work.
After the contestants concluded their speeches, Tian Cheng, Group Quality Director, delivered a summarizing speech. He emphasized that this speech competition was not only a clash of ideas but also a new starting point for the company to advance its quality initiatives. Quality must never remain merely a slogan—instead, every employee is urged to put the three key requirements into action: First, become “ambassadors” of quality awareness, ensuring that quality principles resonate deeply within the organization; second, act as “practitioners” of quality improvement, rigorously implementing standards in every aspect of our work; and third, serve as “drivers” of quality innovation, leveraging fresh perspectives to tackle even the most challenging quality issues. Only by embedding quality consciousness into daily operations and making the pursuit of excellence a natural part of our habits can we lay a solid foundation for the company’s sustainable, high-quality growth. Following an exciting and intense competition, impartial and meticulous judging, and precise calculations by the dedicated on-site staff, the winners of each award category were finally announced. Wei Lei, Hao Guangchun, Liu Shuxian, Cui Tiantian, and Dong Jing were awarded third prize, while Wang Haotian, Song Shijie, and Li Qingsheng took home second prize. Ultimately, Cao Haiqing from Nuojin Technology claimed the coveted first prize. Group leaders were present at the event to present awards to the outstanding participants, jointly celebrating this well-deserved honor bestowed upon the "Guardians of Quality."
The successful hosting of this year’s national "Quality Month" themed speech competition not only reinforced the shared commitment of all Polyxian Graphite employees to "quality first," but also sounded the clarion call for the company as it embarks on a new journey. Moving forward, Polyxian Graphite will seize this opportunity presented by the speech contest to further deepen its focus on quality management, delivering exceptional products and services that will help the company write even more inspiring chapters in the industry’s ongoing evolution.
