On July 17, 2025, the Group held a "2025 First Half Key Work Report Meeting." The meeting comprehensively summarized the achievements of the first half of the year, analyzed the current situation, and deployed key tasks for the second half of the year, building consensus and boosting morale to achieve the annual goals. The meeting was attended by Mr. Ci Yi Zheng, Chairman of the Board; Mr. Li Haijun, Vice Chairman; Mr. Zhang Xiangjun, President; Ms. Liu Yingxian, Marketing Director; Mr. Cao Youfu, Financial Director; Mr. Xiao Guohong, Equipment Director; Mr. Tian Cheng, Quality Director; and deputy department heads and above from various subsidiaries, centers, and factories, as well as specialists.

Heads of various subsidiaries, centers, and factories systematically summarized and reported on the key work of their respective units in the first half of 2025. The reports from each unit were detailed and data-accurate, showcasing achievements in the first half of the year while objectively analyzing existing problems and shortcomings. Attendees listened attentively, recording inter-departmental issues and areas requiring collaboration. The meeting achieved its expected results.

After listening to the reports, Mr. Zhang Xiangjun, President of Ju Xian Graphite Group, made arrangements and deployments for some key tasks. He stated that the Group had made significant progress in technological research and development, market expansion, and production operations in the first half of the year, but also exposed some problems and challenges. The Group currently faces unfavorable factors such as intensified market competition and fluctuating raw material prices. All management personnel need to maintain a clear head, carefully analyze the situation, actively respond to challenges, and continuously improve their competitiveness and adaptability. Simultaneously, the Group will further strengthen internal management, optimize resource allocation, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the smooth completion of annual goals.

Through the summary of the first half of the year's work, we have a clearer direction, identifying areas for optimization, areas worthy of in-depth cultivation, and areas requiring concentrated efforts. In the second half of the year, we will steadily advance along these clear directions, developing targeted solutions for the problems and shortcomings exposed in the summary, using more scientific methods and more efficient actions to push all work to a new level.
